Vår kund befinner sig i en spännande tillväxtfas och genomför en omfattande digital utvecklingsresa. Nu söker vi en Senior MRP Specialist som vill ta en nyckelroll i att utveckla, implementera och optimera företagets framtida processer och system för material- och produktionsplanering.
Som Senior MRP Specialist får du en nyckelroll i utvecklingen av företagets supply chain. Du kommer att ansvara för att bygga upp, utveckla och optimera MRP-processerna med fokus på att skapa effektiva och hållbara arbetssätt. Rollen innebär ett stort eget ansvar där du bidrar till att säkerställa en välfungerande material- och produktionsplanering som möter verksamhetens höga kvalitets- och leveranskrav.
Start: Enligt överenskommelse.
Anställningsform: Visstidsanställning/kontrakt via Lernia med möjlighet till förlängning eller övergång till kund.
Placeringsort: Stockholm.
För tjänsten krävs att du är medborgare i ett NATO-land samt att du kan genomgå och godkännas i en bakgrunds- och säkerhetskontroll.
Leda implementationen och uppsättningen av företagets MRP-system samt säkerställa en effektiv etablering av processer och arbetssätt.
Strukturera, underhålla och optimera masterdata, stycklistor (BOM) och ledtider för att skapa en tillförlitlig materialplanering.
Utveckla och förbättra processer för materialbehovsplanering, lagerstyrning och produktionsplanering.
Fungera som intern expert och super-user genom att utbilda och stötta inköpare, logistiker och produktionsledare i MRP-systemet.
Säkerställa att MRP-system och processer uppfyller verksamhetens krav på spårbarhet, kvalitet och säkerhet.

Formell kompetens
Relevant examen inom logistik, supply chain, industriell ekonomi eller motsvarande ingenjörsutbildning.
Flera års dokumenterad erfarenhet av supply chain och produktionsplanering, med särskilt fokus på att implementera, konfigurera och utveckla MRP-moduler i affärssystem, exempelvis Odoo, MRPeasy eller integrationer mellan Jira och MRP-system.
Djup kunskap om masterdata, kapacitetsplanering och materialflöden inom tillverkande industri.
Flytande engelska i tal och skrift är ett krav, då engelska är arbetsspråket. Svenska är meriterande och används i viss utsträckning i den dagliga kommunikationen mellan kollegor.

PURPOSE: The Blending Specialist is responsible for Finished Product Blend Production Planning for the site, production planning for the smaller units and various other shipping functions. This role interfaces with many on-site functions (Operations, Loading, Lab, Distribution, Master Production Scheduler, etc.) and off-site functions (Sales, Customer Service, Demand Management, etc.). This role reports directly to the Distribution and Planning Manager. KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Creates blend formulations and recipes for Loader instructions to meet customer quality requirements. Special emphasis on implementing and utilization of a Blending calculator tool * Optimizes blends to reduce reworks and utilizing cost effective measures * Creates blend orders in SAP regarding inventory components * Develops strategies and plans for the efficient and profitable use of wash oils in product blends * Creates and issues the Daily Priority Sheet (Daily instructions for loading area production blending, loading of product railcars, trucks, lab activities and tank farm management). Time Management is important from a workflow standpoint * Assigns batches and tanks for Truck orders * Creates product batch numbers for orders and quality data * Ship confirms railcars daily along with inventory balancing * Creates and updates daily the Secondary Unit Production Schedule by reviewing sales/customer needs, finished product inventories, available storage tanks * Coordinates the plan/schedule with Operations all products from secondary units * Manages inventory for all Asphalt type products along with coordinating shipments with Sales * Schedules Asphalt runs in coordination with customer orders, maintaining adequate inventory * Inputs production forecasts and data into SAP to allow ATP to be utilized by Customer Service to make customer shipment date commitments * Monitors and drives improvements- Inventory, shipments, process flows * Participates in cross-functional training with the planning Tools, 30/60/90 Planning initiatives * Additional duties as assigned by the Distribution & Planning Manager REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: * Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in a Distribution /Production environment * 3 or more years of experience in blending, production planning, and blend planning or relevant * Proficient in SAP MRP System * Proficient in Microsoft Office PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES: * Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience in a Distribution /Production environment * Knowledge of site products, product quality parameters and analytical tests COMPETENCIES: * Efficient planning skills to maintain 1st pass quality from secondary units * Demonstrated critical thinking skills * Ability to make good decisions using sound judgement within a short timeframe and under pressure * Good computer skills including SAP and Microsoft Office -Excel, Word, and Outlook * Ability to manage and handle the stress of constantly changing inputs * Excellent multitasking skills * Effectively communicates across several functions and on teams * Demonstrated decision making and analytical skills * Results, action oriented and delivers on commitments * Good organizational and time management skills * Demonstration of Calumet Values – Safety, Environment & Social Responsibility, Teamwork, Ownership, Passion for Customers, and Excellence
Job Title: Materials Specialist Reports to: Senior Manager, Workforce Planning & Scheduling Vacancy status: This posting is for an existing position. Please note this role may be required to travel between sites (Burnaby or Victoria) if required with notice Purpose of the Role The Materials Specialist will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, order management and replenishment of Patient Service Centers, Physician Offices and Laboratory departments as applicable. Your responsibilities will be to: * Maintain and monitor appropriate inventory levels in central stores, PSCs, Physician Offices and Laboratory departments. * Provide customer service and support in all aspects of Materials Management for PSC, Laboratory staff and external customers. Effective troubleshooting and resolution of materials management issues. Supply empty bio-hazard and chemical waste containers to the lab as needed. * Monitor maintenance of the storage carousel and inventory shuttle, where applicable. * Receive material orders and ensure all goods are received in an acceptable condition. * Ensure compliance to standard processes and required regulations for the ordering, receiving, storage and distribution of materials within all sites. * Train PSC, distribution and laboratory staff in the use of inventory control systems as applicable. * Effective contributor to Diagnostics Materials Management and Lean Sigma Deployment teams. * Identify and implement opportunities to reduce materials costs in the areas of consumption, waste and product design. * Follow-up on and resolve service and problem issues. * Identify incidents and non-conformances; escalate as appropriate * Ensure confidentiality of patient information. * Use personal protective equipment (e.g. gloves, lab coats) as specified in EHS procedures. * Maintain a clean, safe and orderly work environment. * Laboratory environment. What you bring to the role: * 1- 2 years materials management experience, preferably in a lab environment; * High School Diploma or equivalent * 3 years of experience in an inventory management role * Working experience or understanding of MRP and ERP and Lean Manufacturing an asset. * Ability to lift a minimum of 25 pounds consistently, to shoulder height. repetitive movements and bending, turning and kneeling, as well as walking required * Ability to work autonomously * Basic knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Word, experience with Oracle an asset What We Offer: Salary range: $41,525 - $52,946 CAD annually (commensurate with experience)
Position Summary The Customer Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for end-to-end management of assigned customer accounts, including both external customer relationships and internal cross-functional coordination. This role ensures customer requirements are met by aligning demand, forecasting, capacity, inventory, and new product introductions across the organization. The position also owns performance measurement and reporting, tracking both Kolmar and customer KPIs—such as attainment, OTIF, inventory levels, excess/ obsolete materials disposition, BOM integrity and sales tracking—on a monthly basis. Key Responsibilities * Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding orders, product availability, and delivery schedules. * Manage the end-to-end customer order process, ensuring timely and accurate order entry, confirmation, and fulfilment. * Prepare and lead weekly Open Order Review reports and discussions with customers.Coordinate with Planning, Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure customer demand is met. * Monitor order status, inventory availability, and production schedules to proactively identify and resolve supply issues. * Communicate order updates, delivery changes, and potential supply constraints to customers in a timely manner. * Work with internal stakeholders to prioritize customer requirements and minimize service disruptions. * Maintain accurate customer order data and master data within the ERP system. * Track and report customer service KPIs, including on-time delivery, order fulfilment, and backlog management. * Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, customer queries, and delivery issues. * Support demand planning and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and supply chain performance. * Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. * Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred. 2. 3–5 years of experience in a commercial, customer service, or account management role. 3. Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Proficiency with manufacturing and supply chain information systems. 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proven problem-solving and conflict management skills. 8. Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems. 9. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 10. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
