What Does Success Look Like: Your Impact * Utilize standardized recipes to prepare daily preparation requirements, maintain par levels of necessary items * Ability to create daily production lists * Ability to work unsupervised * Develop new menu items under the direction of a supervisor * Ensure attractive and consistent presentation of food items, both buffet and plated * Interact with other pastry cooks to monitor quality, presentation and consistency of food items prepared * Handle all needs and accommodate customer requests in a timely manner * Set up, restock, maintain and clean pastry department * Responsible to ensure presentation standards are met for all items * Read and interpret recipes * Assist with product inventories * Responsible for team maintenance of grooming standards * Responsible for team adherence to standards for sanitation and safe food handling * Responsible for all opening and/or closing kitchen procedures What You Bring: * Previous baking experience or professional pastry education required * Necessary State Food Handler’s License(s) * Ability to read and comprehend simple instruction, short correspondence, and memos, * Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to other employees * Must possess knife skills and the ability to adjust preparations for flavor Native American/Alaskan Native preference applies under applicable TER requirements. You thrive in ambiguity, love working cross-functionally, and bring a bias toward outcomes over activity. Must-have pantry staples (Minimum Qualifications) * 10+ years of B2B marketing experience at a SaaS company, with demonstrated ownership of product marketing across multiple product lines * People management experience, with a track record of growing and developing marketing teams * Proven ability to build and execute full-scale, multi-channel B2B campaigns that drive both awareness and qualified lead generation * Strong written and verbal communication skills—able to distill complex technical topics into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences including C-suite * Experience developing effective positioning, messaging frameworks, and thought leadership strategies that translate into sales enablement materials * Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority * Comfortable operating independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting priorities * High proficiency with Google Slides and comfort with basic marketing analytics Optional garnishes (Preferred Qualifications) * Experience marketing to retailers or grocery audiences, with an understanding of their unique business challenges and buying cycles * Familiarity marketing to a range of company sizes, from large enterprises to SMBs * Background in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment * Technical proficiency that enables effective partnership with product and engineering teams #LI-Remote Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work.
