När ett flyg avgår i tid är det resultatet av tusentals beslut, aktiviteter och informationsflöden som fungerar tillsammans. Som Service Delivery Manager på Arlanda Airport får du en nyckelroll i att förvalta och utveckla de digitala lösningar som håller flygplatsen i rörelse!
Vad innebär rollen? Du ansvarar för förvaltningen och vidareutvecklingen av verksamhetskritiska IT-lösningar som stödjer flygplatsens dagliga drift. En central del av uppdraget är att säkerställa att system och informationsflöden fungerar effektivt för att skapa förutsättningar för punktliga flygavgångar och en väl fungerande flygplatsverksamhet.
Säkerställa att leveranser uppfyller avtalade servicenivåer (SLA)
Testa och kvalitetssäkra ny funktionalitet innan den tas i drift
Kravställa mot leverantörer och implementera nya tjänster och system
Arbeta kontinuerligt med att förbättra processer och skapa stabilitet i leveranser
Delta i projekt och säkerställa att nya IT-lösningar tas fram enligt verksamhetens behov och krav
Du är del av ett team där du kommer att arbeta med vårt flyginformationssystem samt med ett nytt informationsdelningssystem som ger flygplatsens personal en gemensam och aktuell lägesbild, med möjlighet att dela kritisk information och hantera notiser i realtid.

Högskoleutbildning inom IT eller motsvarande erfarenhet
Erfarenhet av systemförvaltning och vidareutveckling av komplexa IT-lösningar
Erfarenhet av att arbeta med verksamhetskritiska system i en operativ verksamhet
God teknisk förståelse och förmåga att sätta dig in i komplexa system, integrationer och databaser
Förmåga att omsätta verksamhetens behov till krav och förbättringsförslag
Kunskap och erfarenhet av Oracle-databaser och SQL
Erfarenhet av systemutveckling
Förståelse för flygplatsverksamhet eller annan verksamhetskritisk operativ verksamhet

The role is focused on maintaining stable service operations, supporting production activities, and coordinating efforts across multiple teams and stakeholders. In this position, you will ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs and quality standards while serving as a central link between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement and development of service management processes within the organization.
