We're currently looking for a Commercial Planning Manager to join our Commercial Operations team and deliver strong business planning and customer journey management capabilities. This role is responsible for sales volume planning, digital customer journey, payment operations and various business reporting to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence. This position is located at Polestar Automotive Korea office in Gangnam-gu, Seoul. We believe in a hybrid model when it comes to remote and onsite work, knowing that both in-person collaboration and individual time to focus are needed. What matters most is that people get the time, and support, to do what needs to be done. And to enjoy doing it, of course. The responsibilities The Commercial Planning Manager will be responsible for planning sales volume and managing customer journeys, digital operations and business reporting to support commercial performance. This role will directly report to Head of Commercial Operations. What you'll do * Develop monthly sales volume plans and manage sales forecasts, including order intake, product mix, option mix and business outlook. * Manage the end-to-end digital customer journey and related systems to continuously improve customer experience and operational efficiency. * Drive financial product management and tactical campaigns based on market trends and budgets, while supervising partner alignments (FSP, credit card company and PG) and weekly/monthly performance reviews with HQ. * Act as the primary point of contact for customer journey and digital sales process issues, coordinating with relevant team in HQ / APAC and internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and continuous process improvement. * Manage business operations related to payment, Mo2 and EV subsidy processes while coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. * Monitor commercial performance and prepare regular business planning reports, forecasts and presentations for HQ and management. * Support new model launches by ensuring customer journey, digital operations and commercial process readiness. * Identify opportunities to improve commercial processes through data analysis, system enhancements and cross-functional collaboration Who you are We seek a highly motivated and analytical team player with strong commercial planning capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving. You are comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with cross-functional stakeholders, and translating data into actionable business insights.
