At Lyft, our purpose is to serve and connect. We aim to achieve this by cultivating a work environment where all team members
belong and have the opportunity to thrive.
Lyft connects people to transportation to change the way we live and get around our communities. We are looking for product
managers who bring exceptional creative, strategic, and analytical skills to drive forward a best-in-class product. Product
management at Lyft leads the integration of engineering, data science, and design to achieve the company's vision for reinventing
transportation. We are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly
growing, fast-paced company and industry.
Business travel is one of Lyft's largest and most durable growth opportunities: every business traveler is a high-frequency,
high-value rider, and every company that adopts Lyft brings hundreds more along with it. The Business Travel team owns how Lyft
wins them both. We bring new business riders and the organizations they work for to Lyft, and we earn their loyalty: how a
traveler or a company discovers Lyft for work, signs up, takes a first business ride, and makes Lyft the default for every trip
that follows. Our surface spans the full funnel across two motions at once, the individual business traveler and the managed
company account, from acquisition and onboarding through activation, habit formation, and long-term engagement, across airports,
daily commutes, and every market we serve.
We're seeking a Staff Product Manager to drive growth for Business Travel: own how new business riders and the companies they work
for find, try, and standardize on Lyft for work. You will define the growth strategy across the full funnel and both motions,
stand up the loops, partnerships, and integrations that open new acquisition channels, and partner with marketing, sales,
engineering, design, and data science to convert demand into first business rides and first rides into durable habits. This is an
individual-contributor leadership role: you set the strategy and the bar, and you move the organization through influence,
evidence, and craft rather than headcount.

than starts from zero.

Product management at Lyft leads the integration of engineering, data science, and design to achieve the company's vision for reinventing transportation. We are looking for entrepreneurial and passionate Product Managers to innovate and execute across a rapidly growing, fast-paced company and industry. The Lyft Business team is one of Lyft's fastest-growing and most profitable units, providing transportation solutions for organizations, including business travel, employee commutes, courtesy rides, and non-emergency medical trips. The scope of Lyft Business is expansive, spanning B2B capabilities (self-serve tools, APIs, billing and reporting) as well as the B2B2C rider experience of Business Profiles, Lyft Pass, and Rewards. We're seeking a Staff Product Manager to build Lyft Business Growth: own the marketing and lifecycle stack, the acquisition and activation strategy, and the journey that lands customers in our core experiences. You will define growth loops across the portfolio, build shared infrastructure for lifecycle, attribution, and experimentation, and partner with vertical PMs, marketing, and engineering to convert demand into durable engagement and revenue. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own demand generation. Build the acquisition playbook across the channels, tactics, and mar-tech that drive qualified demand. Partner closely with marketing to measure cost to acquire and balance the mix toward durable acquisition at healthy economics. * Own activation in partnership with the pods. Work with vertical PMs on their surfaces to land the customers you acquire and drive them to first value, defining what activation infrastructure is shared vs. vertical-specific. * Own the path into our experiences. Architect the journey from awareness through landing in the admin portal, rider app, and partner surfaces. Identify and close drop-off across registration, onboarding, and first value. * Design and operate growth loops that convert acquired customers into channels for new acquisition (referrals, sponsored programs, organic and paid feedback loops). Productize the loops so each iteration compounds. * Part of a core team of Engineers, Designers, Data Scientists, Lifecycle Marketers, and Product Marketers. Set the experimentation cadence, the bar for shipping, and the standard for readouts. Hold the portfolio accountable to a defensible run rate of validated tests. EXPERIENCE: * 8+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion owning growth, lifecycle, or funnel work at scale. Track record of measurable, durable impact on acquisition, activation, or retention metrics that you can defend. * Demonstrated ownership of broad, ambiguous problem areas that span teams. You have set a multi-year growth strategy and built shared infrastructure that compounded across products. * Quantitative rigor and experimentation discipline. You think in funnels, cohorts, and growth loops. You size opportunities, design clean A/B tests, and read results without overclaiming. * Fluency with the modern growth stack: lifecycle and CRM platforms, attribution, product analytics (Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar), and experimentation tooling. * Comfortable in B2B, B2B2C, or marketplace contexts with multiple customer types whose interests do not always align. * Exceptional communication and influence at every altitude, from a growth engineer debating instrumentation to a VP sponsoring the revenue target. You move organizations to act. BENEFITS: * Great medical, dental, and vision insurance options with additional programs available when enrolled * Mental health benefits * Family building benefits * Child care and pet benefits * 401(k) plan with company match to help save for your future * In addition to 12 observed holidays, salaried team members have discretionary paid time off, hourly team members have 15 days paid time off * 18 weeks of paid parental leave. Biological, adoptive, and foster parents are all eligible * Subsidized commuter benefits * Monthly Lyft credits and complimentary Lyft Pink membership Lyft is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive workplace that fosters belonging. To support that momentum, Kindred has raised over $150M in capital from some of the most credible investors in Silicon Valley, including Index Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, New Enterprise Associates, Bessemer Venture Partners, Caffeinated Capital, Elad Gil, and founders of companies like Opendoor, Figma, ClassPass, and more. Kindred’s co-founders are proven leaders from the early team at Opendoor ($15B+ exit), who have each built and scaled products that today generate $1B+ annual revenue combined. We’re looking for the world’s top builders, executors, and believers to help us make travel more meaningful. You can learn more about us in Forbes and The New York Times. THE ROLE We're looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Supply & Inventory team. This role sits at the intersection of behavioral product design, marketplace economics, and growth. You'll work directly with your team to understand what drives — and blocks — members from hosting their homes, and build the product systems that unlock supply at scale. This means going deep on one of the most nuanced challenges in our marketplace: building hosting habits in members who've never considered opening their home to others. While this role begins with a focused mandate on hosting supply and inventory, Kindred PMs grow with the company. We expect the right person to develop deep expertise here and, over time, may take on other high-priority product focus areas as our team and roadmap evolve. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Own the supply-side product experience — driving members to host their homes, add availability, and build lasting hosting habits * Design product systems that make hosting feel natural, trustworthy, and rewarding — from first home setup all the way to becoming a recurring host * Go deep on the behavioral and economic drivers of hosting: who hosts, why they host, why they stop, and what moves the needle * Use AI prototyping tools and rapid experimentation to move fast — build confidence cheaply before committing to big bets * Rigorously prioritize the highest-leverage supply levers using both quantitative analysis and first principles thinking about human behavior * Collaborate closely with marketing, data science, design, and operations to drive systemic improvements in hosting supply * Champion the host's perspective in every product decision — developing a true, empathetic understanding of what it's like to host your personal home YOU MAY BE A RIGHT FIT IF YOU * Have 8+ years of product management experience, with meaningful time in consumer-facing, high-growth products * Have experience building marketplace or supply-constrained products — you've thought deeply about what drives supply-side behavior and how to move it systematically * Go deep on data: comfortable with funnel analysis, cohort studies, behavioral analysis, and designing new metrics from scratch * Are a first principles thinker — you reason from the ground up about what drives human behavior, rather than jumping to analogies or conventional solutions * Are scrappy and resourceful — comfortable with AI tools, prototyping tools, and lightweight experiments to build and test hypotheses quickly * Operate in ambiguity with a bias for action — you move fast and make good calls with incomplete information * Have a founder mindset — proactive, high-ownership, not above rolling up your sleeves * Bonus: experience designing incentive structures, behavioral nudges, or habit loops in consumer products OUR BENEFITS: At Kindred, we know that good things happen when we look out for one another. We offer a thoughtful, human-first benefits package designed to support health, wellbeing, and connection. Our openings may span more than one career level. The base salary offered depends on factors such as experience, transferable skills, business needs, impact, and market data. * Competitive cash compensation and equity * Comprehensive health benefits * Flexible time off, plus 12 paid holidays per year * 21 credits per year to stay in Kindred homes * $4,000 annual travel stipend to help offset travel-related costs * Remote-first and remote-flexible work environment, with opportunities to work from anywhere and gather in person, including at Kindred HQ in San Francisco * Regular team and company offsites to connect, collaborate, and build together * A vibrant, inclusive, and highly skilled team that ferociously protects team chemistry * A culture of high standards, feedback, and continual growth We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees. Kindred does not discriminate on the basis of any protected characteristic, including race, color, ancestry, national origin, religion, creed, age, disability, sex, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, medical condition, genetic information, family care or medical leave status, marital status, domestic partner status, military and veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by US federal, state or local laws, or the laws of the country or jurisdiction where you work.
