Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compensation, this role will be responsible for supporting the design and implementation of
Pinterest’s executive compensation programs. This role will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to help manage
Pinterest’s equity program while ensuring that our equity compensation strategy aligns with our business objectives and continues

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Compensation, the Compensation Lead is a strategic partner to Pinterest's Engineering and Product organizations — and a key player in how we attract, reward, and retain world-class talent. WHAT YOU HAVE * 10+ years of experience in compensation, with deep experience in executive compensation and equity design and management. * Strong understanding of executive compensation structures, including short- and long-term incentives (bonuses, RSUs, equity plans). * Solid analytical skills and hands-on experience with financial modeling, equity scenarios, and long-term incentive planning. * Experience advising senior stakeholders and navigating sensitive or complex compensation conversations. * Good understanding of market practices, governance, and regulatory considerations related to executive comp and equity. * Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, you're comfortable building models and analysis from scratch. * Experience working with HRIS and compensation planning tools. * A proactive, ownership-driven mindset, you set priorities and drive work forward independently. * Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills. * Clear communication and presentation skills in English. * You're actively using AI tools in your day-to-day work, and excited about experimenting with new ways AI can improve how we work. WHERE YOU'LL BE * This role can be based in our London, UK studio, remote in the UK, or in our Helsinki, Finland location.
