Elgin is seeking an experienced, commercially astute, and well-connected Senior Manager/ Vice President, M&A to play a leading
role within its Transactions team, with a core focus on the Italian market. The role sits at the heart of Elgin’s growth strategy
and involves originating, shaping and executing investment opportunities in Italy, working within the Group Transactions framework
and in close collaboration with Elgin’s Italian team.
The successful candidate will operate with a high degree of autonomy, leading transactions end‑to‑end, while acting as a senior
contributor to structuring, investment decision-making and execution strategy. The role will work closely with the Head of
Transactions (based in Dublin) and senior stakeholders and will be integral to the development and evolution of the Transactions
function over time.
They will also act as a key advisor on Italian market dynamics and opportunities, operating within Elgin’s Group investment
strategy and governance framework. The role will contribute to strategic decision‑making through the preparation and presentation
of high‑quality analysis and recommendations to the Investment Committee and senior management.
Based in our Rome office, the role will work closely with Elgin’s Italian and other country teams and will be expected to play a
central role in contributing to and executing Elgin’s M&A strategy in Italy.

Position Summary: The Vice President (VP) of Outreach Sales & Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for the laboratory outreach business. This executive leader drives revenue growth, expands market share, strengthens client relationships, and oversees all sales and marketing functions. The role collaborates closely with laboratory operations, client services, finance, compliance, and executive leadership to ensure achievement of strategic and financial objectives while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Serving as a member of CompuNet’s Executive team, the Vice President of Sales & Marketing will assist with organizational strategic initiatives and provide leadership throughout the company. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Executive Leadership Responsibilities * Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing recommendations to the President on growth opportunities, market expansion, strategic partnerships, and commercial investments. * Present monthly and quarterly business reviews to the President, including revenue results, key performance indicators, customer insights, and corrective action plans as needed. * Partner with the President and executive leadership team to develop and execute the organization's strategic plan and annual operating objectives. Strategic Leadership * Develop and execute the organization's sales and marketing strategy to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets. * Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, service lines, partnerships, and geographic expansion initiatives. * Establish annual sales goals, marketing objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs). * Provide market intelligence regarding industry trends, competitor activities, payer dynamics, and emerging laboratory services. Sales Leadership * Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams focused on physician practices, hospitals, health systems, long-term care facilities, employer groups, and other healthcare providers. * Design and implement sales strategies that drive new client acquisition, client retention, and revenue growth. * Establish sales performance metrics and accountability measures. * Manage territory planning, sales forecasting, pipeline development, and customer relationship management (CRM) processes. * Cultivate executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners. Marketing Leadership * Direct all marketing initiatives, including brand management, digital marketing, content development, communications, and lead generation. * Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business growth and enhance market visibility. * Oversee trade shows, industry conferences, client events, and promotional programs. * Ensure consistent messaging that communicates the laboratory's value proposition, quality standards, and service excellence. Financial Management * Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring responsible allocation of resources and achievement of financial targets. * Monitor revenue performance, expense management, productivity metrics, and return on investment for commercial initiatives. * Provide accurate sales forecasts and strategic business recommendations to executive leadership. Client Relationship Management * Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, health systems, managed care organizations, and strategic partners. * Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through collaboration with operations and client services teams. * Lead contract negotiations and strategic account management initiatives. Compliance & Quality * Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with applicable healthcare regulations. * Promote a culture of ethical business practices and compliance. * Partner with laboratory leadership to support quality initiatives and customer service excellence. Qualifications: • Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in laboratory science preferred. • Minimum of 7 years relevant and successful sales experience. Laboratory sales preferred. • Strong sales acumen with a proven record of driving revenue growth. • Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization, including with executives and physicians. • Outgoing individual with high negotiating skills to initiate and close business deals. Director of Administration, Boston Corporate Office - Boston,MA Summary: Oversight of documentation creation, maintenance, and tracking for property management documents used portfolio wide. Analyzes, evaluates, and reviews a variety of data to determine the appropriate course of action. Relies upon subject matter and organizational knowledge to recommend operational priorities and works collaboratively with other service center director(s) as needed. The Director of Administration will be directly responsible for workflow and delivery of management documents as requested by Development, Finance, and regional property management supervisors. Collaborate with Portfolio Policy Manager on updates or changes to template for Management Plan. Implementation of documents and communication (including training) to properties are important for this role in ensuring documents are understood and used appropriately at properties.
