At Relu, we're growing - and we're looking for a Technical Support & Quality Lead to own our Support & Release Quality. You will: * Facilitate Onboarding: Set up and manage our "Relu Academy", a learning corner on our platform that shows customers everything Relu can do, kept alive through continuous updates to our knowledge base, the AI bot, and our tutorial videos * Boost Support: Manage all tickets from customers and set up a system for doing so. This includes automating as many recurring questions as possible by building and maintaining the Knowledge Base, which our AI uses to answer them. Identify recurring / important problems and work with the right team member to fix them, and keep these customers in the loop throughout. * Guarantee Quality: Test new and existing features before every release, so nothing breaks, and you're not left drowning in tickets afterward YOUR PROFILE WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM: We're open to two different backgrounds for this role — the common thread is you're tech-savvy, endlessly curious, and take real ownership: Profile 1 — Dental domain expert, tech-curious * Dental technician training, or hands-on employment in a dental lab * Some direct experience communicating with customers or clients (support, sales, patient-facing, or similar) * Deep intuition for what makes a dental design clinically and technically sound * Curious about AI and software, and quick to pick up new tools even without a technical background Profile 2 — Technical builder, dental-curious * A Master's degree in a technical or business-technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science/AI, Business Engineering, Information Systems) * Clear evidence of hands-on technical ability: automations, scripts, or tooling you've built and some exposure to customer service * Comfortable setting up automations, small data pipelines, and internal tooling * Genuinely interested in direct customer contact and support work, not just building behind the scenes * Willing to learn the dental lab space and the specifics of dental design from the ground up THE 'NICE-TO-HAVES': * Knowledge of what a good dental appliance design, e.g. night guard, crown or orthodontic model looks like * Experience with no-code/automation tools or chatbot platforms * Familiarity with tuning, training, and guardrailing AI chatbots * Experience with support/ticketing tools and knowledge base platforms * Basic video editing skills HOW YOU WORK: * Tech-savvy: a quick learner, happy to use AI tools for automation * Proactive: you fix the underlying problem, not just the ticket in front of you * Detail-obsessed: when you test a release, nothing slips past you * Ownership-driven: you'd rather build the fix than file it and wait for someone else * Adaptable: equally comfortable answering a customer and regression-testing a release in the same day OUR TECH STACK = YOUR TECH STACK Sales & Business: Slack, Notion, Linear, HubSpot Service Hub, Claude Product (for Profile 2): python PRACTICAL REQUIREMENTS / ELIGIBILITY * Fluent in English (written and spoken) * Valid work authorization in Belgium * Able to work from our Leuven office at least 3 days per week WHY US? * A mission that matters: we're improving dental care and making higher-quality dentistry accessible to everyone, globally * A driven and collaborative team that believes in making work fun * A sunny office with a stunning view over Leuven, plus walks to the park and coffees by the Vaartkom * Fun team culture: after-works, regular sports sessions, hackathons, retreats * Opportunity to grow into broader roles as the company — and you — scale

The Enterprise Applications & Architecture (EAA) team at Coinbase builds and operates the internal platforms and business systems that power Coinbase at scale. Within EAA, the CX Tooling product team owns the tools, workflows, and AI-powered systems that enable Coinbase's CX specialists to resolve customer issues quickly, accurately, and with empathy. As a Senior Product Manager, you'll own product strategy and execution for CX and AI tooling that sits at the intersection of internal operations and the external customer experience, building an AI-forward platform that leverages automation, intelligent routing, and AI-assisted resolution to raise the bar on speed, quality, and customer satisfaction. Location: Greater Charlotte, NC area (relocation assistance available) What you'll do: * Own the product roadmap for a portfolio of CX and AI tooling, delivering end-to-end across discovery, requirements, launch, measurement, and iteration for the systems Coinbase's support specialists rely on to serve millions of retail customers. * Drive identification and prioritization of the highest-impact problems in the CX space by partnering with frontline specialists, diagnosing operational pain points, surfacing automation opportunities, and translating them into clear product solutions. * Build AI-integrated features that augment human specialists capabilities, including intelligent case routing, AI-assisted responses, knowledge retrieval, and workflow automation, with the evaluation and human oversight needed to earn trust in AI-driven resolution. * Define and own success metrics across the portfolio (resolution time, CSAT, specialist efficiency, automation rate) and use data to drive prioritization and measure impact. * Execute cross-functional delivery with Design, Data Science, Compliance, and other EAA teams to ensure CX tooling integrates into Coinbase's enterprise platform ecosystem. Required Skills and Experience: * 5+ years of product management experience with a track record of shipping impactful internal tools, enterprise platforms, or operational tooling where internal users' work directly impacts external customers. * Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML capabilities (NLP, automation, intelligent workflows) to solve real user problems, with experience building or integrating AI-powered tooling into operational platforms. * Experience managing a portfolio of products or features simultaneously, making disciplined prioritization tradeoffs in complex, cross-functional environments. * Proven ability to engage meaningfully with engineers on system design, APIs, and data flows, and to communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership. * Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality.   Pay Transparency Notice: Base salary varies by location (see range below).
