Als Softwareentwickler (m/w/d) bei uns übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung und Implementierung komplexer
Anforderungen, die unsere Kunden aus der Kreislaufwirtschaft und Energieversorgung bei ihrer Mission für mehr Nachhaltigkeit
unterstützen. Dabei entscheidest du selbst, ob du im Produktteam am Kernprodukt arbeitest oder unsere Software in
Kundenprojekten individuell anpasst.
Deine Rolle konzentriert sich auf die technische Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Projekte, bei denen du deine tiefgehenden Kenntnisse in
den genutzten Technologien und Programmiersprachen einbringst. Du sorgst dafür, dass der Code nicht nur funktioniert, sondern auch
optimal auf die Anforderungen unserer Kunden zugeschnitten ist. Darüber hinaus optimierst du bestehende Prozesse, um
sicherzustellen, dass unsere Lösungen effizient und nachhaltig sind.
Du unterstützt und förderst Junior- und Professional-Entwickler (m/w/d) und sicherst dabei die hohe Qualität unserer Projekte
durch Code-Reviews und Prozessoptimierungen.
Mit deinen ausgeprägten analytischen Fähigkeiten und deinem problemlösungsorientierten Ansatz findest du innovative Wege,
technische Herausforderungen zu bewältigen. Du kommunizierst komplexe technische Konzepte klar und verständlich, sowohl innerhalb
deines Teams als auch gegenüber unseren Kunden, um sicherzustellen, dass alle Beteiligten auf dem gleichen Stand sind.
Du verfügst über fundierte Programmierkenntnisse in einer etablierten, objektorientierten Programmiersprache, wobei ABAP besonders
bevorzugt wird. Idealerweise bringst du außerdem Erfahrung in JavaScript oder TypeScript mit und hast Kenntnisse in
modernen SAP-Technologien wie ABAP Cloud und der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
Ein sicherer Umgang mit Git sowie verwandten Tools und Prozessen ist für dich selbstverständlich. Du verstehst die Bedeutung einer
strukturierten Versionsverwaltung und arbeitest souverän mit gängigen Git-Workflows.
Darüber hinaus hast du Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden und den dazugehörigen Werkzeugen. Du weißt, wie man iterative
Entwicklungsprozesse effizient gestaltet und Teams in einer agilen Umgebung erfolgreich zusammenarbeitet.
