The Litigation team manages Coinbase's litigation risks across the globe. As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you'll provide advanced support to our regulatory and consumer litigation teams, with a focus on processing civil subpoenas, summons, garnishments, levies, and account freeze requests, while assisting with all aspects of customer arbitrations and threatened litigation. What you'll do: * Manage timely and accurate responses to domestic and international subpoenas, summons, levies, liens, bankruptcies, garnishments, letters from counsel, and other civil third-party requests. * Communicate with opposing counsel and government agencies regarding third-party requests, coordinating with attorneys and litigation team members to ensure accurate and timely resolution. * Prepare and file litigation and arbitration case pleadings, and provide paralegal support for active litigation and arbitration matters in state and federal court. * Evaluate and improve litigation internal processes, identifying workflow gaps and implementing operational enhancements to increase team efficiency. * Support cross-functional legal operations projects such as tool implementations, vendor evaluations, or policy rollouts as priorities arise.
