At Amenitiz, we're on a mission to simplify hospitality management - empowering over 15,000 independent hoteliers to run smarter, not harder. We're more than just another SaaS scale-up. We're revolutionizing one of the world's oldest industries. Backed by over $80M from top-tier VCs who support disruptive giants like Alibaba, Toast, Zendesk, Delivery Hero, Revolut, and Loom, we've been recognized as a TravelTech Titan and one of Wired's hottest start-ups. From our Barcelona HQ, we turn bold ideas into real impact, ownership into innovation, and collaboration into results that matter - every single day. About the role Amenitiz is an all-in-one hotel management platform built for independent hoteliers — PMS, channel manager, booking engine, and website builder in one place. Organic search is one of our most strategic acquisition channels, and this role sits at its centre. As Senior SEO Specialist, you'll own the end-to-end organic search strategy across five locales (EN, FR, IT, ES, PT), with France as the primary growth market. Your north-star metric is New MRR driven through organic — not just rankings or traffic. If you're the kind of SEO who thinks beyond rankings, who's already paying attention to how AI systems surface content, and who wants to build something with real business impact — this role was written for you. Your missions * Partner with the Content team to ensure all content is SEO, AEO, and AI search optimised across all five locales — briefing, reviewing, and iterating per locale. * Own our competitor comparison pages and a 100+ term hospitality glossary programme — systematically improving every page across copywriting quality, SEO, structured data, and AI search visibility. * Manage technical SEO: hreflang, canonical strategy, JSON-LD structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList), Core Web Vitals, and crawl health across our Webflow site. * Own our Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategy — FAQ architecture, featured snippet capture, and People Also Ask coverage across all content types. * Drive our visibility in AI-powered search — optimising content to be cited and recommended by Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini when a hotelier searches for hotel management software. * Monitor performance across Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush — translating data into clear priorities and actions. About You * 3+ years of experience in SEO or digital marketing, with strong knowledge of on-page optimization and content SEO. * Solid technical SEO foundations: you can write and validate JSON-LD from scratch, manage hreflang at scale, and diagnose crawl and indexation issues independently. * Comfortable working in Webflow or a comparable CMS without developer support. * Strong analytical mindset — you connect SEO activity to pipeline and revenue, not just traffic. * Fluent in English; strong written communication skills. Our Offer * Competitive salary with performance-based incentives * Stock options - with a back-loaded vesting schedule * Comprehensive health insurance * Flexible benefits - save on meals, childcare, transportation, and training with our tailored remuneration options * On-demand salary access - no need to wait until the end of the month * Any book, purchased for you, plus access to a shared team library * An international team of 35+ nationalities based in one of Europe's leading tech hubs #LI-DD1 Apply now to join our team and be a part of our exciting journey at Amenitiz!
