Our RUN department, international in scope (EMEA, AMER, APAC) and in full growth, is made up of around fifty experts leveraging
IVALUA procurement solutions for our customers post go-live. The team is still growing in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a
growing number of customers.
Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for a Associate Customer Application Engineer. You will be reporting to the RUN Manager
of the technical customer support team and you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship on the maintenance of
the applications in operational and technical terms. You will own enhancements, Upgrades and Application Performance Tuning
Activates. You will be trained and certified on our Buyer application (SaaS Source-to-Pay software package).
