At Adyen, we’re evolving what Sales Development looks like: Our BDRs operate at the intersection of strategy and execution with a focus on strategic campaign orchestration and high-value pipeline generation across large addressable revenue merchants. The Role We’re looking for a high-potential Enterprise Business Representative (BDR) who is curious, creative, tech savvy, and excited to play a hands-on role in supporting the continued growth of Adyen’s new business segment. You’ll partner with senior sellers, marketers, channel partner managers and various stakeholders to: * Strategically target high-potential accounts by leveraging signal-informed insights and commercial strategy * Design and support campaigns that align to buyer needs, market trends, and strategic priorities, in tight partnership with Sales, Marketing & Partnerships. * Execute multi-channel, creative prospecting with highly tailored messaging that aligns with the merchant's priorities and business level goals. * Collaborate closely with the commercial team to shape strategic account plans and continuously refine outreach based on feedback and learnings * Leverage tools and AI-enabled workflows to optimize your prospecting and uncover insights that identify and initiate early stage opportunities * Identify new business opportunities at industry events by facilitating targeted in-person prospect engagement. You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, execution, and enablement—a builder and connector who helps shape how Adyen goes to market. You have an interest in payments and industry trends. * Adaptability: You adjust your tone, message, and motion based on the prospect, pillar, and opportunity * Resilience: You stay focused through ambiguity and rejection—long-cycle enterprise sales excite you * Ownership: You take accountability for results, learn fast, and never wait to be told what to do * Judgment: You use sound judgment on how and when to engage, and how to prioritize your pipeline * Sales Acumen: You understand qualification and the mechanics of an enterprise deal—this is not a handoff role * Communication & Collaboration: You clearly articulate value, can collaborate and influence stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships, and influence strategic account planning. You are comfortable communicating with senior level prospects. * Technical Aptitude: You’re excited by technology and use tools (including AI) to improve how you operate both professionally and personally * Strategic Thinking: You see the bigger picture—how your work supports long-term commercial goals, not just short-term KPIs * Language Skills: Fluent in both Czech and English (written and verbal). Nice-to-Haves * Experience in B2B sales, consulting, or a go-to-market function * Familiarity with CRM tools, sales engagement platforms * Fintech, payments experience or interest What We Offer * Be part of a global, diverse, and fast-growing team * Ownership of your impact, with room to grow into more senior roles * Exposure to complex enterprise deals and strategic sales motions * A culture that values speed, trust, collaboration, and personal growth Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitments Our unique approach is a product of our diverse perspectives. This diversity of backgrounds and cultures is essential in helping us maintain our momentum. Our business and technical challenges are unique, and we need as many different voices as possible to join us in solving them - voices like yours. No matter who you are or where you’re from, we welcome you to be your true self at Adyen. If so, Adyen encourages you to reconsider and apply. We look forward to your application! What’s next? Ensuring a smooth and enjoyable candidate experience is critical for us. We aim to get back to you regarding your application within 5 business days. Our interview process tends to take about 4 weeks to complete, but may fluctuate depending on the role. About Odin Odin is building infrastructure for the future of private markets. We believe capital is one of the most powerful tools for shaping the world - and more people should be putting it to work. Our mission is to make it radically easier to raise and deploy capital, so that anyone, anywhere, can back the companies and ideas they believe in. Our first product is a full-stack platform for launching and running private investment firms - think Shopify for VC and PE. We handle all the infrastructure: from legals and investor onboarding to KYC/AML, payments, tax, reporting, and exits. We’re already trusted by over 10,000 angels, VCs, and founders. We administer over $500m in assets, covering investments from pre-seed to series E. This includes household names like ElevenLabs, OpenAI, SpaceX, xAI, Anduril, etc. but also new companies creating everything from synthetic brains to small nuclear reactors. Why We’re Hiring Odin already has strong organic inbound and brand pull. Most of our new business is driven by word of mouth, plus Google or AI search. However, there is no systematic engine driving it. We're hiring a Founding Growth Marketer to change that. The primary responsibility is to create a repeatable, scalable system that brings the right people into our inbound pipeline. Responsibilities * You own the growth of Odin’s inbound marketing-qualified pipeline and are accountable for increasing the volume of relevant opportunities reaching the sales team. * You work with the commercial & product teams to develop and run a portfolio of growth experiments across product-led growth, organic search, AI search, email, social, content (substack, podcast), paid (social, search), lead magnets and website conversion * You identify opportunities that go beyond performance marketing. That might mean vibe coding a unique mini-product to act as a lead magnet, creating a viral social campaign, repurposing a research asset or finding an entirely new distribution channel. * You own attribution and performance analysis across the inbound funnel. You understand which channels and activities are generating MQLs, where prospects are dropping off and where further investment will have the greatest impact. * You own the strategy, creative direction and performance of all activities, with input & guidance from the Head of GTM and the Founders. Google Ads & SEO are currently managed by an external agency, which you will manage and hold accountable for results. * You build mechanisms that compound. When something works, you turn it into a repeatable system rather than relying on isolated campaigns or one-off wins. Who You Are * You've been the first or only growth marketer where finding an audience was the hard part. Founder-adjacent (very early employee, real 0-to-1 build) is ideal. * You can show organic or paid work you've built that drove real signups or leads, not just engagement. * Able to write and ship without relying on others to turn ideas into output. * A systems thinker. When something works, the instinct is to make it repeatable and scalable rather than continuing to do it manually. * Outcomes over activity: pipeline and revenue are what you optimise for, not engagement, impressions, or output volume. * Action-oriented, able to make decisions without constant validation from other people. * You've used AI in a way that has had a real impact on output or performance, with clear examples of how it has improved outcomes. * You care about polish, style and tasteful marketing. Having worked at a brand-conscious company is a plus. Salary Compensation includes an £80,000–£115,000 base salary, plus a 30–35% bonus, giving a total OTE range of £104,000–£155,250, alongside a meaningful equity grant. We’re flexible on the mix of equity and cash compensation. Working at Odin We’re a London-based team. This is a role where being in the office - working closely with the founders, sales and wider teams - makes a real difference. The speed and intensity we operate at make in-person collaboration crucial, and we expect at least three days per week in the office. Benefits * Health: Private health insurance (Vitality), paid sick leave including support for pregnancy loss and fertility treatments, and access to Spill for mental health support * Wellness: Annual budget for health, therapy or fitness * Parental Leave: Enhanced maternity, adoption, paternity and partner leave * Pension: 4% employer contribution with salary sacrifice options * Time Off: 25 days annual leave, 2 wellness days and flexible bank holidays (33 days total) * Work From Anywhere: Up to 6 weeks per year working from anywhere globally * Birthday Leave: An additional day of leave
