About the Role As a Principal Product Data Scientist, you will operate as the most senior technical leader in the Product Data Science function. You will shape the vision, set the technical direction, and drive strategic impact through innovative analytical solutions. This role is both highly technical and deeply collaborative, requiring excellence in leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence. ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is looking for a Senior Software Engineer for our E-Commerce team to help scale Peloton's $1+ billion e-commerce channel. You will be responsible for growing and executing the technical roadmap of innovative features by partnering with your peers in product management, design, marketing, member support, international teams, etc. You should be comfortable moving back and forth between front end and back end, have a passion for technical and operational excellence, and relentlessly championing best practices in a continuously evolving and dynamic environment. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON * Develop on modern front-end web technologies, architectures, and building high performant user-friendly experiences on the web. * API development experience with Kotlin and/or Python. * Help to evolve our platform to best in class by providing guidance to the teams in terms of technical strategy and excellency. * Write understandable, testable code with an eye towards maintainability, scalability and performance.
