A senior leader to co-own Dedale's data function — leading our 20-person data production team in Cebu and partnering with our Data
Engineering Lead in Paris. Our data is frontline and paramount to our core Product. You'll set what “excellence in Data &
Intelligence” means at Dedale, own the operational backbone behind every dataset we ship, and scale how we produce intelligence as
we grow.

You also lead and scale the Cebu-based team that produces this intelligence. You design the workflows, quality rubrics and
AI-augmented rituals that let us multiply output without losing rigor. This role is hands-on with the content: you read the data,

Reports to the CPO (Paris), with a local dotted line to our Head of APAC (Cebu). Co-leads Data with our Data Engineering Lead

Our Operations Associates are the backbone of day-to-day service delivery, ensuring patients, labs, and clients are always supported with precision and care. You’ll be joining a team of 10 Operations Associates, all based in the Philippines, working closely with our global team of 50. WHAT YOU’LL BE OWNING You’ll be working directly with our Lab Ops Team Manager, Jewel, and our Head of Operations Aditya, alongside our customer support, customer success, and engineering teams. You will also interact frequently with external vendors, including diagnostic labs and healthcare partners. Given our size and stage, you’ll have exposure across the company and contribute to building the foundations of how we run Operations at scale. Job Title: Senior Commercial Opportunities Manager Reporting To: Head of Global Services Delivery Location: Philippines Work Type: Remote Hours: Monday to Friday 1pm-10pm Role Overview The Senior Commercial Opportunities Manager plays a key role in protecting and growing Zevo's existing customer base by owning the commercial processes that underpin successful contract renewals and expansions. The role ensures customer engagements are proactively managed from renewal planning and commercial review through to proposal development, contracting, implementation and handover, helping to maximize customer retention and long-term revenue growth. Working closely with the leadership, the successful candidate also will lead Zevo's commercial operating rhythm. They will coordinate strategic commercial opportunities, including renewals, expansions and new business, ensuring commercial risks are identified early, proposals and pricing are developed to a consistently high standard, contracts are effectively managed, and cross-functional teams remain aligned to deliver outstanding customer experience. This is not a quota-carrying sales role. We’re hiring a Video Editor & Motion Designer to join our team and turn recorded footage (tutorials, case studies, webinars, and talking-head content) into clean, engaging, publish-ready videos. You’ll work across two types of projects: #1 – ScaleMath Studios Our in-house video content and YouTube channel. This includes our podcast. #2 – Advisory & Services Video and content assets we produce for companies we work with.
