Som QA Responsible blir du en central del av verksamheten och arbetar nära operatörer, laboratoriet och produktionen. Du ansvarar för det dagliga kvalitetsarbetet, driver förbättringar och bidrar till företagets kvalitets- och miljöarbete. Rollen passar dig som trivs i en produktionsnära miljö, tycker om att analysera och lösa problem samt vill bidra till att utveckla både arbetssätt och produkter.

BI-QEM AB:s huvudsakliga verksamhet är utveckling, produktion och marknadsföring av kemiska specialprodukter för industriella tillämpningar. Bolaget fokuserar på formuleringar som framförallt används inom tillverkningsindustrin. Produkterna omfattar huvudsakligen olika typer av specialanpassad härdplastråvara.
I Perstorp driver BI-QEM AB en kontinuerlig produktionsverksamhet med cirka 25 operatörer i skiftgång. Produktionen är igång dygnet runt under vardagar. Verksamheten präglas av stabil drift och hög kompetens, där du får möjlighet att arbeta med både etablerade processer och utvecklingsarbete. Här finns en stark kultur av samarbete och en vilja att utvecklas tillsammans.

YOUR MISSION We are seeking a highly skilled Hardware QA Engineer to join our R&D team and take ownership of system-level testing for tactical UAV platforms. You will work hands-on with hardware, software, and communication interfaces to ensure overall system stability, performance, and reliability both in the lab and in the field.
