Range salariale: €24.000 – €26.000 RAL annua in funzione dell’esperienza, delle competenze e del livello di responsabilità

La posizione è finalizzata alla sostituzione di una risorsa in congedo di maternità e prevede un contratto a tempo determinato. Cosa farai Entrerai a far parte di un gruppo dinamico e orientato al cliente, dove avrai un ruolo attivo nel garantire un’esperienza eccellente ai nostri utenti, dealer e privati. Le tue attività includeranno: * Gestire il supporto telefonico attraverso i canali aziendali * Gestire contatti inbound e outbound, offrendo supporto consulenziale e garantendo un'elevata soddisfazione del cliente. * Formare i clienti sull'utilizzo delle nostre soluzioni digitali, supportandone l'onboarding e il corretto utilizzo. * Gestire campagne di contatto outbound finalizzate all'onboarding, alla churn prevention e al miglioramento della customer experience. * Contattare telefonicamente i clienti per comprenderne le esigenze, raccogliere feedback e individuare tempestivamente eventuali criticità * Produzione di report giornalieri e mensili per monitorare performance e attività * Aggiornare puntualmente le informazioni dei clienti nei sistemi aziendali (CRM). Chi cerchiamo Sei la persona giusta se hai già maturato 1-2 anni di esperienza in realtà organizzate e sei una persona curiosa, orientata al cliente e desiderosa di crescere in un contesto dinamico e internazionale. Costituirà titolo preferenziale un'esperienza in attività di customer retention, customer success, customer care outbound o assistenza telefonica proattiva. You act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and technical possibilities.
