Mission Brief Your main objective will be to work hands-on with our Data Platform, which consolidates all structured and unstructured test, flight, and process data from across the company. Your work will empower data-driven decisions in various departments and enable us to generate valuable insights from cross-departmental data. More specifically, you will: * Build modern, scalable, and high-performance solutions for our engineering data platform. * Develop and deploy efficient ETL/ELT processes to ingest, transform, and load a large amount of data from diverse sources. * Contribute to data modeling and architecture decisions to ensure consistency, availability, low latency, and long-term maintainability of the data landscape. * Ensure data quality through validation processes and adherence to data governance policies. * Provide observability for the Data Platform processes, enabling a quick reaction to any disruptions. * Author technical and user documentation. * Guide less experienced engineers by sharing your knowledge and expertise. Your Mission Your main objective will be to design, develop, and integrate our in-house software used to process, visualize, and analyze test, launch, and flight data. The software you develop empowers our engineering and operations teams to work with live and post flight data of the vehicle prior, during, and after take-off. Mission Brief As a Controls & Automation Engineer at ISAR, you will be deeply involved in building and maintaining all kinds of test benches, test sites and launch sites for subcomponent testing up to launching rockets. This will include planning, developing and commissioning of the required control systems (Beckhoff PLC & TwinCAT 3), followed by full lifecycle support, including troubleshooting and upgrading systems.
