Nic Waals Institutt (NWI) ivaretar tilbudet innen psykisk helsevern for barn og unge ved Lovisenberg Diakonale Sykehus. NWI er poliklinikk for barn og unges psykiske helse for tre sentrumsbydeler i Oslo. I tillegg gir Akuttambulant hjemmesykehus også tilbud til barn og unge i Diakonhjemmet sektor. Klinikken har seks kliniske seksjoner: Ungdom (13 – 18 år), Barn (6– 12 år), Sped- og småbarn (0 – 6 år og gravide), Ambulant behandling/FACT Ung (12-24), Elektivt hjemmesykehus (0 – 18 år) og Akuttambulant hjemmesykehus (0-18 år). Vi har totalt 81 årsverk og cirka 90 ansatte. Vi er en travel klinikk med sterk vekt på godt faglig arbeid med våre pasienter, og er kjent for et hyggelig arbeidsmiljø. Nic Waals Institutt har et samarbeid med studentpoliklinikken ved Psykologisk institutt, Universitetet i Oslo, og har spennende forskningsvirksomhet tett knyttet til den kliniske driften. Klinikken holder til i nyrehabiliterte lokaler i Spångbergveien ved Tåsen/Voldsløkka.
Det Elektive hjemmesykehuset ved NWI ble opprettet i 2024 som en satsning på intensiv behandling for barn og unge i Oslo. Seksjonen er bemannet med psykologspesialister, overleger, LIS-lege, klinisk pedagog miljøterapeuter, samt klinisk ernæringsfysiolog, psykomotorisk fysioterapeut og musikkterapeut i delt stilling. Seksjonen tilbyr intensive behandlingsforløp for barn, ungdommer og familier i opptaksområdet, der alvorlighetsgrad av lidelse, risiko og funksjonsnedsettelse vil være sentrale inntakselementer. Målgruppen er barn og ungdom med varierte, sammensatte og komplekse tilstandsbilder, der det er behov for intensivert innsats og utstrakt fleksibilitet over et tidsrom.
Vi har nå ledig et vikariat som psykolog/psykologspesialist. Vi ønsker engasjerte psykologspesialister/psykologer med erfaring fra arbeid med barn og/eller ungdom, som ønsker å arbeide ambulant, og som har interesse for å videreutvikle et behandlingstilbud med høy fagkompetanse. Vi har et åpent og godt arbeidsmiljø, der respekt for pasienter og kollegaer står høyt. Vi tilbyr varierte kliniske arbeidsoppgaver med utredning og behandling i arenafleksible rammer. Seksjonen har sterkt engasjement for å forstå barne- og ungdomsgruppens særegne utviklingstemaer i kombinasjon med behandling rettet mot familiesystemet og samarbeid med annet nettverk. Det er sterk faglig satsing på AMBIT, en mentaliseringsbasert tilnærming til å forstå og samarbeide med og om barn og ungdom med stort funksjonsfall og komplekse lidelsesuttrykk. Seksjonen er aktivt med i matrisearbeid med OCD-team, autismespektertilstander, spiseforstyrrelser, personlighet og behandling av psykose, samt utredning av komplekse tilstander med kombinasjon av nevroutviklingsforstyrrelser og affektive lidelser. Nic Waals Institutt har lange tradisjoner når det gjelder forskning og undervisning. Vi har et aktivt arbeid ut mot våre bydeler med fokus på helhetlige helsetjenester og godt samarbeid.

NIC –Administrative and Data Support Specialist SUMMARY: The Newcomer Information Centres are a walk-in resource and information centres funded by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and operated by Achēv. NICs provide settlement information and referral for the smooth transition of newcomers to life in Canada. The iCARE Administrative and Data Support Specialist provides key data collection and reporting to funders, Manager and Coordinators of the Newcomer Information Centres. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES * Enter, update, verify, and maintain accurate client records in the OneClient database and in iCARE portal in accordance with organizational policies and funders requirements. * Organize, maintain, and archive electronic reports in accordance with organizational procedures. * Maintain confidential client information and ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with privacy standards. * Perform ongoing data quality reviews to identify discrepancies, incomplete records, duplicate entries, and reporting errors. * Research and resolve data issues through detailed record review and collaboration with program staff and IT personnel. * Generate, compile, and share statistical, and program reports using OneClient and Microsoft Excel to program coordinator/manager. * Monitor and track program data to support reporting deadlines and performance targets. * Assist with data collection, audits, file reviews, and quality assurance initiatives. * Compile and prepare spreadsheets to support funder Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), quarterly reporting requirements, and final program reports. * Support program staff by providing administrative and database-related assistance. * Create and update training manuals and resource materials. * Contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and reporting quality. * Experienced in leading and facilitating orientation and training sessions. * Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Manager. QUALIFICATIONS * 2+ years of experience in an administrative, data entry, reporting, or database management role. * Demonstrated ability to manage high volumes of data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain accurate records. * Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data verification skills. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and reporting functions. * Extensive experience working with databases and CRM systems. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and cultural sensitivity. * Demonstrated organizational, planning, and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment. * Adaptable, flexible, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. * Experience with OneClient or other client management/database systems is considered an asset. * Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

THE ROLE Team lead for a group of engineers with responsibility for Linux and VMWare initiator stack behavior as well as Fibre Channel and NIC drivers on Pure storage array. WHAT YOU'LL DO The Kernel and Driver development team is responsible for several areas * Working for a team that deals primarily in various storage area network protocols such as Fiber Channel and Ethernet. * On the initiator side, the team will be responsible for Linux initiator behavior attached to Flasharray. Focus is on NVME (ROCE, FC, TCP/IP) but also includes FC-SCSI (FCP) and iSCSI interfaces. This includes software development/fixes for Linux initiator stack, debugging initiator problems, and creating compatibility documents for Purity. For VMWare, focus is on debugging issues with VMWare as an initiator, and creating compatibility documentation. * For FibreChannel and NIC Drivers, focus is responsibility for FC-SCSI driver stack for storage side and responsibility for NIC drivers on networking side. This includes responsibility for related code, utilities, enhancements supporting RAS, as well as debugging failures found internally and in the field. * Maintain Linux kernels for internal testing * Documenting supported configurations for customers * Responsibility for evaluating Linux initiator behavior and optimizing for Pure Storage Flasharray. This includes correctness as well as optimizing for performances. Will contribute bug fixes and enhancements to Linux upstream. Analyze and debug difficult Linux bugs to optimize Flasharray attachment. * Responsible for maintaining Purity’s Fibre Channel SCSI (FCP) target driver. Maintenance includes driver updates for enhancements, bugs fixes and new hardware. * Resolve difficult Fibre Channel bugs found internally or externally and enhancing the resilience of Pure’s FC stack. This includes projects around multipathing and link health. * Responsible for maintaining NIC drivers on Pure’s storage systems. * Dealing with middle ware C++ modules WHAT YOU BRING * Strong experience writing device drivers and/or kernel development for Linux/Unix. Prefer experience in storage and/or networking drivers * Minimum 5 years of development experience, but expect that typically candidates would have 15+ years experience. * Experience designing and implementing significant components in storage protocol stacks and storage systems. * Experience with storage protocols: either SCSI (FC-SCSI or iSCSI/FCP) and/or NVME Fabrics (NVME/ROCE, NVME/TCP or NVME/FC) will be an advantage. * Experience leading other engineers technically. Should be able to mentor more junior engineers and lead other engineers in an overall project. Should demonstrate on time delivery with high quality. * Experience with performance analysis/optimization for storage systems or protocols * Should have VMWare experience, with understanding of their initiator stack. * Experience writing Linux storage device drivers, including some sets of Fibre Channel, NVME, ROCE, block and multipath modules. * Experience debugging difficult storage attach issues. * Experience with software development using C and C++, along with Python * Experience upstreaming Linux code is preferred * Should have experience developing test automation * Experience analyzing and optimizing storage performance * Experience writing storage or networking device drivers, preferred in Linux/Unix environment * Demonstrated experience debugging difficult protocol/kernel/system issues * Experience with network protocols, including TCP/IP.
