As GenAi Program Lead (Business Director), you will lead the overall client relationship and strategic direction of the account,
ensuring that delivery is aligned to business objectives, consistently meets performance expectations, and evolves with the
client’s needs. Operating within a structured model that separates intake, execution, and operations, you will focus on leading
from the front of the business, maintaining strong stakeholder alignment, ensuring transparency across performance, and enabling
the team to deliver at scale with confidence. You will play a critical role in reinforcing a globally connected, ensuring
consistency across regions while supporting continuous delivery across markets and time zones.
This role requires a strategic and commercially minded leader, someone who can balance client expectations with operational

Role: Business Director Location: Chicago, United States ABOUT THE ROLE: The Business Director is the senior strategic and commercial lead for the OLIVER studio working in partnership with our client. You are accountable for the overall health of the client relationship, the financial performance of the account, and ensuring studio delivery is aligned with the client’s marketing priorities across all four business units. You partner with the Program Director on operational delivery, with the Associate Creative Director on creative quality, and with the CRM Strategy Lead on campaign planning. You act as the key escalation point for senior client stakeholders and serve as the bridge between the client’s ambitions and the studio’s capabilities. ROLE OVERVIEW The Business Director will lead the commercial growth and strategic positioning of Moshi, Carwow’s in-house creative agency serving OEM partners. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue, owning key OEM relationships and embedding Moshi as a core part of Carwow’s commercial proposition across markets. The role will bridge commercial, creative and production teams to ensure Moshi delivers high-impact, scalable creative solutions that drive measurable value for OEM partners.
