The Live Order Experience team makes sure every order that leaves a merchant's kitchen shows up exactly the way the customer
ordered it. We partner closely with merchants to get to the root cause of order quality issues and build the tools, policies, and
merchant-facing programs that fix them - work that touches millions of orders a week and shapes whether customers trust ordering
again.
We're hiring a Senior Associate to help lead analysis and execution on programs that reduce missing and incorrect orders. You'll
dig into order-level data to size problems and spot patterns, help design and run tests of new merchant interventions, and turn
what you learn into solutions. It's a good time to join: we're scaling several interventions that are already working and piloting
new ones, so the work you do in your first few months will directly impact the future of Merchant operations.
You will report into the Senior Manager, Order Quality on our Live Order Experience team in our Merchant Strategy & Operations
organization.

ABOUT WOLT At Wolt, we create technology that brings joy, simplicity and earnings to the neighborhoods of the world. In 2014 we started with delivery of restaurant food. Now we’re building the delivery of (almost) everything and you’ll find us in over 500 cities in 30 countries around the world. In 2022 we joined forces with DoorDash and together we keep on dreaming big and expanding across the globe. Working at Wolt isn’t always easy, but it’s definitely exciting. Here you’ll learn more, build more, and ship more than in most other companies. You’ll be challenged a lot, but also have a lot of fun on the way. So, if you’re a self-starter with drive and entrepreneurial spirit, this could be the ride of your life. We're looking for a highly organized and structured mind to join Wolt's Marketing team in Germany as a Brand Marketing Associate. Our mission is to create a strong brand that wins consumers' hearts and minds. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing our brand campaigns, keeping multi-channel productions, timelines, and stakeholders on track. Working closely with our in-house teams as well as creative agencies. You'll make sure our campaigns run smoothly and show up in a bold, consistent, and on-brand way. It's a role for someone who loves bringing order to chaos, enjoys ownership, and wants to grow into more strategic brand work over time. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL: * Manage our campaign productions across all platforms (online video, OOH/DOOH, audio, paid social, direct mail, CRM and more), owning timelines, asset planning and delivery, and supporting briefs. * Align multiple stakeholders to create cohesive 360° campaigns that win consumers' hearts and minds. * Take ownership of special projects and productions: merch, activations, PR and more. * Keep everything organized and on track, and make sure assets are correct, on-brand, and approved before they go live. * Use AI in your day-to-day life and help us figure out how it can make our projects run more smoothly and efficiently. * Work together with the local marketing team on the everyday agenda and ad-hoc tasks. OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS: * You have gained some relevant experience in marketing (preferably offline/online campaign or project management), brand, or advertising. * You are exceptionally organized and structured; you bring order to chaos and love keeping projects on track (this matters most to us). * You enjoy ownership and can really own a project, work independently, prioritize, and ask for guidance when needed. * You are a doer who can both come up with ideas and execute/follow up on them. * You have a feel for branding and care about how a brand comes to life; you're curious about what makes a brand strong and consistent. * You have excellent writing and verbal skills in German and high skills in English. * You're comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides. Advantage: Looker. * You speak 'AI' fluently; using tools like ChatGPT or Claude is simply part of your daily workflow, not an occasional lookup. Curious to keep pushing this further, incl. into project management. * You bring good energy, are hands-on, and thrive in a fast-moving environment focused on getting things done. * Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a similar field. WHAT WE OFFER At Wolt, you’ll join an international team that thrives on creativity, collaboration, and speed. This is a chance to work in one of Wolt’s most dynamic growth markets, where your ideas will directly influence how millions of customers and creators see and engage with our brand. Here’s what makes this role exciting: * The opportunity to own campaign and project management end-to-end, keeping our brand campaigns running smoothly from brief to go-live, in one of Europe's most competitive and fast-moving markets. * A chance to experiment and learn fast, Wolt is a company where bold ideas get tested, not stuck in decks, and where you'll get broad exposure across brand, performance, CRM, and partnerships. * Direct collaboration with our brand team, agencies, and partners in Germany's food, retail, and lifestyle scene, with room to grow into more strategic brand work over time. NEXT STEPS: We’re reviewing applications on a rolling basis, so we encourage you to apply sooner rather than later. The process typically includes: * Intro chat with our Talent Acquisition Partner. * Interview with the Hiring Manager to dive into your experience, followed by an interview with the peers/stakeholders for this role. * Case assignment (light, strategic, to see how you think). * Final round with senior stakeholders. OUR COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY AND INCLUSION We’re committed to growing and empowering a more inclusive community within our company, industry, and cities. That’s why we hire and cultivate diverse teams of people from all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe that true innovation happens when everyone has room at the table and the tools, resources, and opportunity to excel.
