looking for a curious, empathetic, and passionate Senior Content Designer with a focus on knowledge systems, structured content,
and operational workflows to join our Experience Design Team. This is an exciting opportunity to craft content that is not only
engaging and effective but also integral to the overall user experience.
You have a passion for knowledge: how it's structured, organized, and maintained. You're curious about how people find
information, where content breaks down, and how thoughtful design can make knowledge easier to create, maintain, and use. You also
enjoy solving complex operational problems through content. Whether you're improving documentation, designing a reusable content
model, refining metadata, or simplifying an authoring workflow, you naturally think beyond individual documents to the larger
systems they're part of.
You're comfortable working with stakeholders across the business to understand how knowledge supports their work. You ask
thoughtful questions, navigate ambiguity well, and balance user needs with operational realities. While you enjoy designing
systems, you're equally happy rolling up your sleeves to improve the details that make those systems successful.

YOUR WORK WILL CHANGE LIVES. INCLUDING YOUR OWN. The Impact You’ll Make As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will support a visionary leader driving innovation to get better drugs to patients faster. You will partner with a small team in the office of the CEO to enable the CEO to operate at maximum effectiveness by managing priorities, streamlining operations, and anticipating needs across our fast-paced ecosystem. You’ll play a critical role connecting teams, partners, and external stakeholders — ensuring seamless execution across initiatives in the U.S., UK, and Canada. This is a highly impactful position for an experienced professional who thrives on complexity, precision, and making order out of chaos — ideally someone who values both strategic alignment and the joy of working alongside a team (and a really cute dog!). Working Location & Compensation: This is an office-based position at our office located in New York City, New York (Hudson Yards). At Recursion, we believe that every employee should be compensated fairly. Based on the skills, experience, and qualifications needed for this role, the estimated annual base salary range is: $130,460–$164,780. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and a comprehensive benefits package. #LI-DB1 The Values We Hope You Share: * We act boldly with integrity. Caring means holding a deep sense of responsibility and respect - showing up, speaking honestly, and taking action. * We learn actively and adapt rapidly. Progress comes from doing. We experiment, test, and refine, embracing iteration over perfection. * We move with urgency because patients are waiting. Our values underpin the employee experience at Recursion.
