What we’re looking for We’re looking for someone with 4+ years’ experience in B2B sales or account management, with a strong track record of growing client relationships. You’re commercially driven and comfortable working to targets, while balancing relationship management with disciplined activity. You’re people-first but pragmatic, understanding that strong relationships deliver results, and you’re comfortable working across both digital and human-led interactions. You bring a proactive, structured and accountable approach, with the ability to manage a portfolio with discipline and take ownership early. Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills are essential. Experience in financial services, FX or payments is a major plus, but if not, we’ll support the right candidate to build this capability. Must Have • 4+ years B2B account management / B2B sales experience • 2+ years’ experience in cross-border payments including customer buying needs and typical ICPs and stakeholders in accounts • Demonstrated experience owning a book of business with revenue/quota responsibility • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, Gong, HubSpot, etc.) and other sales enablement and AI tools. • Experience selling basic risk management products e.g. Forwards • Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging digital tools to enhance performance. Pay Transparency Statement Convera is committed to pay transparency and equity in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local laws. For this position, the expected base salary range is $80,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year, depending on factors such as experience, qualifications, and geographic location. We use a tiered geographic pay system to ensure fairness across regions. Candidates in high-cost areas may receive higher offers within the posted range.
