If these values resonate with you, we’d love to explore how you can join us. * Taking ownership and driving impact  * Being open to change and feedback * Being passionate about our mission and our customers.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Design, Develop, and Maintain Automated Test Suites: Build and execute automated test scripts to cover end-to-end testing for web applications, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and APIs. * Cross-Platform Testing: Develop automated tests across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency in test quality and reporting for web, mobile, and API testing. * Test Automation Frameworks: Contribute to the development and improvement of test automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Espresso, XCUITest or similar, ensuring scalability and maintainability. * CI/CD Integration: Collaborate with the Platform team to ensure automated tests are smoothly integrated into CI/CD pipelines for rapid feedback on product quality. * End-to-End Testing: Execute functional, regression, performance, and load testing for complex workflows across platforms, ensuring product reliability and quality. * Defect Tracking and Reporting: Identify, log, and track defects through to resolution, providing clear feedback to developers and ensuring timely fixes. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS * Proven Experience in Test Automation: Experience in automated testing across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and APIs, with hands-on experience using automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, etc. * Strong Programming Skills: Proficiency in programming languages used for test automation (e.g. Kotlin, TypeScript, Ruby, or similar). * API Testing: Experience in automating RESTful API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or similar. * CI/CD Pipeline Integration: Familiarity with integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Github Actions, CircleCI, etc. * Test Framework Development: Experience in building or extending test automation frameworks, ensuring they are scalable and maintainable. * Cross-Browser and Cross-Device Testing: Familiarity with ensuring test execution across multiple browsers (e.g., Chrome, Safari, Firefox) and mobile devices (both iOS and Android). Experience with cloud-based testing environments (e.g., BrowserStack) * Agile Methodologies: Experience working in Agile environments, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. * Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple platforms and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them effectively. * Understanding of QA Principles: Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, including functional testing, regression testing, performance testing, and load testing. You bring  4 -7 years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.  You will thrive in this role if you are:  * A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo  * A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing  * Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data  * Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)  Role responsibilities * Evaluate and recommend suitable test automation tools and technologies based on project requirements and scalability needs. * Design, develop, and maintain robust test automation frameworks to support efficient and reliable testing. * Define and implement automation standards, best practices, and reusable solutions across the wider Fraud domain. * Provide technical guidance and support to automation testers within the team to ensure high-quality automation deliverables. * Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to understand requirements and communicate the capabilities and design of the test automation framework. * Work closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and other Scrum team members, as well as colleagues across the wider organization, to ensure seamless integration of automation within the development lifecycle. * Develop and execute mobile application automation using Appium. * Perform performance testing using Apache JMeter to validate system scalability and reliability. * Demonstrate AI literacy, including the ability to leverage modern LLMs and AI tools to build automation assistants or agents that enhance testing efficiency and productivity. MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS * Proven experience in test automation. * Strong programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python. * Develop automated test scripts for UI, APIs, and databases, including SQL queries. * Experience in automated testing of web services, APIs, and web applications. * Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc * Ability to create and manage test plans, test strategies, and structured test cases. * Strong knowledge of testing techniques and BDD with Cucumber. * Experience testing microservices architecture * Hands-on experience with Selenium (UI), Rest Assured (API), Appium (Mobile), and JMeter (Performance. * Familiarity with GitHub Actions for pipeline execution and Postman for manual API testing. * Strong skills in documentation, including test reports, bug reports, and test completion reports. NICE TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS   * Certified Tester Test Automation Engineer (CT-TAE) * Experience of automated testing of mobile applications. * Advanced ISTQB qualifications. * A degree in Computer Science, or similar computing subject. * Experience of working in an Agile software development environment.
