Working Student Finance Automation (all genders)

JOIN OUR TEAM As a Working Student Accounting, you will gain hands-on experience in our core financial operations. You will get to know our team and our way of working, actively supporting us with a variety of tasks across our daily accounting and tax processes. Whether checking business transactions, assisting with month-end closures, or maintaining accurate records, you will bring your passion for numbers to a dynamic business environment. This position is permanent and based in Munich. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Collaborate on our monthly closures and our diverse tax declarations * Independently review and allocate business transactions (e.g. incoming invoices) and travel expenses * Create sales invoices for the B2B business and maintain customer master data * Take responsibility for proper documentation and (electronic) filing * Support with projects and special topics YOU COME WITH * Current enrolment in a Bachelor's or Master's programme in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field and ideally, initial experience in accounting, finance, or taxation * Experience with standard MS Office applications, along with an interest and ability to work with various IT tools * A joy for working with numbers and tackling new challenges, combined with an exact, structured approach to work, discretion, and a high level of commitment * An independent working style paired with a dedicated, team-oriented mindset * Fluency in English; good German skills are a plus WHY WESTWING If you are looking for a place where ambition meets creativity, where ideas turn into impact fast, and where people are trusted to grow - you have found it.
