DEINE ROLLE Als Technical Project Manager (all genders) bist du Teil unseres Customer Implementation Teams, welches für den gesamten Prozess der Implementierung neuer Kunden verantwortlich ist. Bei der Implementierung geht es u.a. um die Koordinierung externer und interner Stakeholder sowie die technische Einrichtung der Intelligent Grid Platform und erfolgreiche Datenintegration. In deiner Rolle kombinierst du Projektmanagement mit technischer Umsetzung und stellst damit sicher, dass Nutzer:innen das volle Potenzial der Software entfalten können. WIE DU ETWAS BEWIRKST * Du bist verantwortlich für das eigenständige Management unserer Implementierungsprojekte mit Verteilnetzbetreibern und Versorgungsunternehmen – mit Fokus auf Zeit, Qualität und Scope * Du tauschst dich mit Kund:innen zu den Datenanforderungen der Intelligent Grid Platform aus und koordinierst die beteiligten Stakeholder (z. B. Kunde, Sales, Data Integration, Customer Engagement, Engineering) * Basierend auf Kundendaten aus vielfältigen Ursprungssystemen (z. B. YOUR MISSION As a Senior Quality Manager (all genders), you will define, build-up and implement all Quality, Compliance und HSE processes and activities from the shopfloor up to the national & international regulatory authorities. Play a pivotal role in our journey to sustainable aviation by providing a state-of-the-art quality management system. YOUR DAY-TO-DAY * Own the end-to-end quality process. * Develop and implement an efficient, robust quality management system to ensure compliance with aerospace standards and regulatory requirements. * Introduction and harmonization of efficient QMS processes (e.g. integration into ERP/MES). * Implementation, assurance, and further development of standards & certifications (e.g. AS/EN9100). * Management of internal, external and customer audits, from planning up to CAPA measures. * Work with the supply chain management team to ensure supplier product and process quality requirements. * Establish a streamlined overall quality process to effectively meet day-to-day operational requirements. * Interface to customers, certification bodies, and authorities for quality related topics. * Promoting a culture of quality and safety. YOUR PROFILE * 5–7 years of professional experience in quality management. * Degree in Engineering or a related technical field. * Extensive experience in Aircraft Development Programs, demonstrating industry-specific knowledge and expertise. * In depth-knowledge of aerospace quality standards (AS/EN9100) and regulations (LBA, EASA). * Strong understanding of QMS, Audits, CAPA and HSE-Management. * Ability to integrate the QMS with other company systems (e.g. ERP). * Outstanding people skills, including empathy and strong interpersonal capabilities. * Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, coupled with strong planning abilities for working with diverse stakeholders, including customers and regulatory bodies. * Fluency in both German and English, with advanced negotiation skills in both languages. Democracy Reporting International (DRI) is a non-partisan, independent, not-for-profit organisation registered in Berlin with several country offices worldwide. DRI promotes political participation of citizens, accountability of state bodies, and the development of democratic institutions worldwide. DRI is currently recruiting a part-time Finance and Administration Associate to support the implementation of the awarded EU-co-funded project “Strengthening Resilience against Disinformation in Sri Lanka”. The Finance and Administration Associate will support the project team and contribute to financial reporting, project administration and procurement. YOUR TASKS Under the supervision of the HQ Finance and Controlling Manager at DRI HQ, and in close cooperation with the Project Manager in Sri Lanka, the Finance and Administration Associate will be responsible of following tasks: * Support in logistics of events and office needs, including obtaining quotes, liaising with vendors, preparing procurement forms and finalising agreements, travel arrangements in coordination with the Project Manager; * Provide general office support as purchase of office supplies, asset management, facility repairs and maintenance; to help ensure the smooth functioning of the activities of DRI Sri Lanka; * Review incoming invoices, process cash payments and prepare all accounting records, including invoices; * Book the Sri Lanka expenses in DRI accounting and finance software in a daily basis; * Prepare the monthly financial reports to HQ; * Ensuring compliance with applicable labour and tax regulations in Sri Lanka. * Support with the implementation of all administrative policies,procedures and templates; * Support with financial guidance to subgrantees and project partners; * Conduct first review of the subgrantees and project partners’ financial reports; * Support with the recruitment process for DRI Sri Lanka: publishing job offers, organisation of interviews and technical tests and the archiving of the recruitment process; * Organisation of the personnel file for DRI Sri Lanka staff * Support staff members for preparation of their time sheets and invoices * Providing any additional support requested by the Project Manager to ensure the successful implementation of the project. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Required: * University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent degree; * Minimum three years of relevant professional experience in administration and financial management; with demonstrated experience (at least one year) of working in a similar role for not-for-profit organisations; * Good knowledge in accountancy; * Good IT-skills, especially good knowledge of Excel; * Good communicationand negotiation skills; * Fluency in both written and spoken English; * Willingness to travel if necessary. * Interpersonal skills: * Ability to work as part of a diverse team; * Working self-organized ; * Rigor, attention to detail; * Ability to produce high-quality work under time constraints; * Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and respect for confidentiality. Preferred: * Experience with Microsoft Business Central ERP systems. * Knowledge of Sinhala and Tamil is an advantage.
