As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) you will work with customers to build and productionize solutions to their data & AI
challenges using the Databricks platform. You will own the architecture, lead design decisions, and implement end-to-end systems
spanning data engineering, AI, and application development. We work cross-functionally to shape long-term strategic priorities and
initiatives alongside engineering, product, and developer relations. FDEs deliver with customer empathy, integrating with client
systems, training, and other technical needs to help customers get most value out of their data.

Job Title: Technical 3D Artist | Automotive Data Preparation Location: Munich, Germany About this Role AVATR Global Design Center is seeking a Technical 3D Artist to join our growing Visualization Team in Munich. This is a key role at the intersection of automotive design, 3D data preparation, real-time visualization and pipeline development. You will take ownership of the preparation and integration of CAS and CAD data for our visualization pipeline, ensuring that vehicle models are delivered consistently, efficiently and at the required visual quality. Beyond preparing assets directly, you will refine workflows, establish clear standards and enable other team members to prepare data within the pipeline. You will work closely with Digital Modeling, Design, CMF to improve interfaces between departments and identify recurring data issues. What you will do * Own and coordinate the preparation of vehicle data for multiple automotive projects and visualization use cases. * Structure and prepare CAS and CAD data for use in Autodesk VRED and Unreal Engine. * Create clean, organized and production-ready vehicle assets within established standards. * Perform targeted modeling and asset refinement tasks for visualization-specific details. * Integrate and maintain vehicle designs, derivatives and configurations into our Unreal Engine-based model library, to ensure compatibility with an evolving pipeline. * Produce standardized imagery using the team’s established rendering pipeline. * Define, document and continuously improve data preparation workflows and standards * Develop workflow improvements using Python, Unreal Engine Blueprints or comparable automation technologies. * Train and enable visualization artists to perform defined preparation and publishing tasks.
