Join our newly formed AI Product Discovery team and work closely with skilled developers in building the next-generation search experience within Voyado Elevate. Voyado Elevate already has a powerful and proven search engine. Now, we are adding an intelligent layer on top, an AI-driven Product Discovery Agent for Search that transforms how users interact with products, navigation, and intent. As a new team, you will be part of shaping our ways of working, defining our architecture, and setting the technical roadmap for how AI agents should integrate with and enhance our search platform. ABOUT THE ROLE AND DAY-TO-DAY This role sits at the intersection of backend development, AI engineering, and product innovation. As a subsystem team in an organization inspired by Team Topologies, we collaborate closely with other product teams while owning the AI Product Discovery layer. Our mission is to build intelligent agents that orchestrate search recommendations and navigation, interpret user intent, and create a completely new discovery interface experience. The role involves hands-on development, writing code primarily in Java and/or Python, and designing and orchestrating AI agents. You will work with prompt engineering and structured output optimization to ensure high-quality, reliable results, while building smart integrations between LLMs and our search engine. A key part of the work is continuously improving response times and reducing inference costs to create scalable and efficient solutions. You will also contribute to the technical roadmap and architectural decisions, proactively prototype new ideas, and evaluate emerging AI technologies to ensure we stay at the forefront of innovation. Some things will vary depending on product needs and experiments. Some things are constant: SOME OF THE THINGS YOU AND THE TEAM WILL BE UP TO: * Design and build AI agents for search and product discovery, using Java and/or Python. * Work hands-on with prompt engineering and continuous optimization * Map agent logic towards our existing search infrastructure * Optimize for latency, scalability, and cost-efficiency (LLM usage, orchestration, caching, etc.) * Evaluate new technologies in a rapidly evolving AI landscape * Contribute to architecture discussions and long-term technical direction * Write production-grade code and monitor performance in real environments * Design and implement APIs And when the time comes when you need a break, why don't you spend some time in the gym, tinker in our puzzle corner, or challenge our Åre office in Call of Duty on our PlayStation 5? 🎮 SO, WHO ARE YOU? You don’t just follow AI trends, you actively build with them. Agentic coding is already a natural part of how you develop software, and collaborating with LLMs feels as intuitive as writing code yourself. Writing prompts to generate, refactor, and reason about code is a natural extension of your engineering workflow. At the same time, your interest goes beyond just experimenting as you thrive on building real products. You enjoy turning ideas into robust, production-ready systems and combining AI-native development patterns with solid software engineering principles. And since this is a newly formed team, you’re excited not only to build the product but also to shape how we build it, driving evaluation frameworks, testing strategies for LLM-based systems, and establishing pragmatic, high-quality ways of working for AI-driven development. Besides those personal skills, we believe you have the following: * A Master's degree in Computer Science, or a comparable industry career * Strong backend development experience * Practical experience working with LLMs and AI APIs * Experience or strong interest in prompt engineering and agent design * An understanding of performance optimization and cost-aware system design * And most importantly, passion for what you do, innovation & continuous improvement If you are interested in algorithmic problem-solving, that's meritorious. SOME OF THE TECHNOLOGIES YOU’LL GET TO WORK WITH Voyado Elevate is built with Java and kept up to date with the latest version * Java * Python * LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic or Similar) * AWS * Github Actions SO, WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? 🍬 * A lovely worksite in Lund, we just opened our Voyado house on Gasverksgatan. * Flexible working hours and a hybrid work approach. We're on-site at least three days a week * Work-life balance – We don't have a long work-hours culture; we value results over hours worked * As we strive for our employees to share Voyado’s passions and goals, you should demand no less from us. With regular one-on-ones, we make sure your needs and career have a great future at Voyado * Joining an engaged team and colleagues with a knowledge-sharing and friendly culture Some of our benefits: * A health hour each week, use it for walks, running, or working out – whatever you need to energize * Our own gym at the office * 30 days of vacation so that you can spend time with family and friends * 5000 SEK in wellness allowance * Encouragement to further develop personally and professionally with certifications, meetups, etc. * Beneficial bike lease, including e-bikes * Your choice of phone and gadget package READY TO FIND OUT MORE? Lovely! 🎉 Before one applies it can always feel like you need a better resume, more polish, or just another year of experience, but we say if you think this sounds like a place where you can shine don't hesitate to send in your resume! VACATION PERIOD! As we are heading out for the vacation period, feedback on your application might take a little longer than usual. Don't hesitate to send in your application, though; we'll do our best in getting back to you as soon as possible! 🌴

Join Telavox as a Security Engineering Lead 🔐 Are you a hands-on security engineer who enjoys being close to the code, the systems, and the teams building them? At Telavox, security is not a gate at the end of development. It is an embedded capability that enables us to move fast, safely, and at scale. Telavox is a fast-growing digital telco that combines the reliability of telecom with the agility of SaaS across Europe and across the globe. As our platform grows, security becomes a force multiplier - not just protecting what we build, but actively enabling engineers to ship better and safer software every day. We are looking for a Security Engineering Lead to join our engineering organisation. In this role, you will sit at the heart of our platform, working embedded across product and platform teams to make security a built-in property of every system we ship. About the job As a Security Engineering Lead, you are the engineering execution layer that makes security real across the Platform organisation. You work embedded with product and platform teams - detecting and responding to threats, building tooling that improves security posture at scale, and enabling engineers to own security in their domains. You bridge the gap between the CISO’s strategic direction and day-to-day engineering reality, turning security goals into concrete engineering outcomes. Your day-to-day work includes: Triage and coordinate responses to emerging threats – assess severity, involve the right teams, and drive issues to resolution Own and evolve vulnerability scanning, SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and infrastructure scanning across code and production systems Drive concrete security initiatives such as unified RBAC, network segmentation, and service-to-service security models, from concept to production Work directly with engineering teams to translate risk into actionable work in the product development process Embed security practices into engineering workflows so teams can ship securely by default The role is based either at our new HQ in Malmö or in our Stockholm office. About you You are a pragmatic, hands-on security engineer who thrives working deeply in systems and closely with engineering teams. You are comfortable moving between code, infrastructure, and architecture discussions, and you care about making security scalable, practical, and usable. You believe security works best when it is distributed, automated, and embedded, not bolted on in the end. You think ahead about what embedded security looks like when engineering is increasingly AI-augmented — agent credentials, MCP and tool-use boundaries, and secure-by-default workflows for code that humans and models write together. We are looking for someone with: A hands-on background in software or platform engineering, with real comfort in the terminal - able to run scans, inspect output, and file a PR when needed Demonstrated experience with the security tooling landscape: vulnerability management, SAST/DAST, secrets scanning, and infrastructure scanning - understanding trade-offs, not just installation A teaching and enabling mindset - sharing knowledge, running hands-on deep-dives, and leaving capability behind rather than creating dependency Strong ability to collaborate with engineers and translate security risks into practical engineering work Fluent English, written and spoken. Swedish is a plus Join us at Telavox 💚 Since Telavox's journey started in 2002, we have strengthened our position as the leading forward-thinking communication platform for businesses.
