We are currently recruiting a Senior Product Manager to join our team, responsible for the revenue and growth of their products
and services, as we look to support the business strategy to focus on key products into target market segments. This role offers
hybrid (remote/office mix) working and is based from our offices in Malmo (Hyllie).
What will you be doing in this role?
The Senior Product Manager is responsible for the Nordic Product team, you will drive the product strategy, define market
requirements, and commission the development and go-to-market execution of hardware, peripherals, and related services for
Telecare markets across the Nordics. You will oversee the Nordic product portfolio core devices throughout their lifecycle—from
ideation and concept development to launch, market rollout, and operations —ensuring successful deployment and operations in
collaboration with regional product team. Your expertise will be critical in delivering innovative, market-ready solutions that
meet customer needs and business objectives.
You will have proven experience in product management of tech products, with excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal, able to influence effectively. You will be an adaptable, proactive, team player, used to leading a team and taking
responsibility for your products with a track record of delivering results. To be successful in this role you will be highly
customer focused, performance driven and able to work in an international set up.
This role will require some travel, including international travel.

across the product lifecycle. This includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies, while
ensuring the portfolio remains aligned with customer needs and business objectives. Acting as a subject matter expert, the role
drives product positioning, evaluates new opportunities, and supports management in assessing technologies that enhance customer
value.
Working closely with regional stakeholders, delivery teams, and Product Owners, the Senior Product Manager translates market
requirements into clear product roadmaps and development priorities. The role is responsible for building business cases, managing
the product backlog, prioritising initiatives based on business value, and ensuring solutions are successfully developed, tested,
launched, and adopted in the market.
The Senior Product Manager continuously evaluates portfolio performance, identifies opportunities for growth and innovation, and
oversees product lifecycle activities, including product enhancements and end-of-life transitions. The role also supports
commercial activities by translating customer and tender requirements into clear technical specifications that enable accurate and
competitive solution proposals.
