At octonomy AI, we build agentic AI for complex knowledge processes. Our customers are mid-market and enterprise companies across the DACH region rethinking how operational work gets done. As our Working Student in AI Product Enablement (m/f/d), you'll shape how teams, partners, and customers understand the octonomy platform and turn that understanding into real results. Your Role You'll sit at the intersection of instructional design and live training – embedded in our Product team, reporting to the Platform Product Manager. You'll work closely with Product Managers and Implementation Managers to create technical enablement content and run hands-on product workshops. This is a hands-on role: you write, structure, build, and facilitate. Not just coordinate. What You'll Do * Design and create video lessons, reference pages, and workshop materials for the octonomy platform, using tools like Confluence, Camtasia, Canva, and GitHub * Pressure-test technical content for accuracy and own quality assurance across the enablement backlog * Translate complex product features into clear, step-by-step content for non-technical audiences * Co-facilitate enablement sessions and bootcamps, with the goal of running them independently over time * Support participants in building working agent configurations during live labs * Track content status, review cycles, and open gaps. Structured and documented, not just in your head What You Bring * Currently enrolled in a Master's programme (or late Bachelor's) in Instructional Design, Learning Experience Design, Educational Technology, or a related field – a background in learning is what matters here * Hands-on experience designing learning content: course design, structured guides, workshop materials, or similar * Strong written communication in English and ideally native in German * Comfortable working with technical subject matter you don't yet fully know: you ask the right questions and synthesise fast * High adaptability and genuine eagerness to learn – the product and the content will change, and you'll change with it * Organised with a structured approach to managing your workload across multiple parallel tasks What You Can Expect * Real ownership from day one – you contribute to deliverables that ship, not shadow tasks * Full exposure to a product enablement function: content strategy, instructional design, and live facilitation * A small team where your work is visible and your input shapes how things are done * Flexible hours built around your university schedule Sounds like you? Let's build the future of work – together. Seriously. At octonomy, you'll find an environment that values quality, fosters creativity, and delivers real, measurable results. If you're excited to bring AI into everyday business practice and grow with us along the way, we'd love to meet you. Reach out however you like – formal or casual, with a full application or just a note. What matters is that you want to help shape what we're building. octonomy.ai | We grow output. Not headcount.

OUR STORY: Every year millions of people are either filing their taxes in fear or giving up on their tax refund altogether. We're working on fixing that. Our intuitive app enables anyone, regardless of education or background, to file their taxes with newfound confidence. Spread across Germany, Spain and the UK, the team at Taxfix Group with its brands Taxfix and Steuerbot, is a compassionate group of solution-finders. We speak our minds openly, and with over 400 professionals, including tax experts, developers, and IT security experts, we're rich in ideas and voices. The group has facilitated more than 3.5 billion euros in tax refunds for its customers since its founding in 2016. YOUR CHALLENGE: The Corporate IT team is evolving from service delivery to value creation. As our Working Student Automation Engineer, you'll assist in building the systems, automations, and integrations that enable 400+ employees across Germany, Spain, and the UK to work more effectively. You'll be the technical support force that helps turn operational friction into elegant solutions. You'll collaborate with teams across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Business Partnering, and Insights to understand their pain points and help deliver measurable outcomes. With guidance from senior team members, you'll leverage our IT platform and AI tooling stack to create solutions that drive efficiency. Reporting to the Director of IT (and working closely with our engineering team), you'll be part of a focused 6-person team where platform engineers build the infrastructure, support engineers help employees, and you help build the value. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on engineering experience and directly impact how efficiently our organisation operates. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * Assist in building internal tools: Help design and build internal products, workflows, and integrations that solve real business problems for teams across the organisation. * Develop automations: Write scripts and use APIs to build integrations between our SaaS tools, helping to eliminate manual work. * Write code and queries: Support system designs by writing robust SQL queries, custom scripts, and helping implement logic in low-code platforms. * Collaborate and learn: Partner with stakeholders in People Operations and Talent Acquisition to understand their needs and assist in delivering technical solutions. * Explore AI tooling: Support initiatives to integrate AI technologies into internal processes to improve team productivity. * Document your work: Create clear documentation to help stakeholders effectively use the systems you help build. YOUR PROFILE: * Student Status: Currently enrolled in a university degree program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. * Availability: Able to work 15–20 hours per week during the semester (with potential for more hours during semester breaks). * Coding Foundations: Good fundamental knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript). * Technical Curiosity: Academic knowledge of or first hands-on experience working with APIs, SQL, and data manipulation. * Tooling Interest: An interest in learning low-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and CI/CD concepts (like GitHub Actions). * Problem Solver: A product mindset—you care about user experience and want to see how your code impacts real business outcomes. * Language: Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus. WHY TAXFIX? * A chance to do meaningful, people-centric work with an international team of passionate professionals. * Plenty of opportunities to socialise as a team. In addition to internal meetups, our international team hosts regular get-togethers—virtually and in person when possible. * Free tax declaration filing, of course, through the Taxfix app—and internal support for all personal tax-related questions. * Have a four-legged friend in your life? We’re happy to have dogs join us in the office. Excited? So are we. Learn more about Team Taxfix on our blog and get a glimpse of our culture.
