We are currently looking for houskeeping staff for one of our customers in Luleå. The job is part time 1-2 days/week, and you need to be able to work day time, both weekdays and weekends.

BubbleCast - Operator Summary of Job The Mercury Operator is responsible for operating and monitoring the film, forming station, extruders, trim and slitting sections, walking, and monitoring the line, and ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. The goal of this cooperative effort is to safely and efficiently meet or exceed all manufacturing and quality standards. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Maximize machine productivity (uptime, line speed, quality). * Complete the Work orders and Operator worksheet each shift * Complete the start-up and shutdown checklists whenever the line is starting or shutting down. * Facilitate troubleshooting on any quality issues identified by the Assistant Mercury Operator. * Load resins into the Day Bins. * Verify that the day bins are being filled properly. Escalate if needed. * Coordinate and perform roll changes with the team. * Train new Operators and Assistant Operators on how to perform job duties. * Perform screen changes as needed during AM tasklist downtime * Coordinate breaks and lunches with the team. * Enter SAP confirmations at the end of each shift for the production run. * Ensure shift handoffs are performed at the start and end of each shift with the Operators. * Contact Maintenance and Supervisor as needed. * Log downtime in SAP. * Complete the designated section of the Housekeeping checklist. * Ensure team members follow Pregis PPE policies and always wear Personal Protective Equipment as required. * Must be able to communicate (read and write) in English. * Keep work areas clean following 5S guidelines and housekeeping checklist. * Keep all tools and equipment in proper places. * Other duties as assigned.
