Vi söker en HSE- och hållbarhetsledare till vår nya Service Business Unit! Du kommer att vara en del av en global HSE- och hållbarhetsorganisation inom Hitachi Energy som ansvarar för och utvecklar strategier för att säkerställa säkra arbetsförhållanden samt en hälsosam arbetsplats, med fokus på att stödja våra kunders resa mot klimatneutralitet och cirkularitet. Denna roll rapporterar direkt till Europe HUB HSE and Sustainability Manager, med streckad rapportering till Local Sales Unit Manager.
Den framgångsrika kandidaten kommer att ansvara för att leda HSE- och hållbarhetsaktiviteter och säkerställa framgångsrik implementering av strategiska program i landet, i linje med Service BU:s strategi och Hitachi Energys krav. Du kommer att ge stöd, coachning och rådgivning till ledning och linjechefer inom HSE och hållbarhet samt rapportera prestationer för det aktuella landet genom hela BU:s värdekedja. Rollen innebär också att stödja verksamheten genom att använda djupgående kunskap inom HSE och hållbarhet för att erbjuda lösningar och rådgivning.

Sätta strategisk riktning och säkerställa operativ disciplin i samarbete med HUB HSE Manager
Säkerställa efterlevnad av lagar och krav tillsammans med HSE-teamet
Driva implementering av HSE:s årliga verksamhetsplan med stöd och ledarskap
Säkerställa att verksamheten följer HSE-standarder, Life Saving Rules och hantering av högriskaktiviteter
Ansvara för HSE-efterlevnad, riskhantering och fungera som teknisk auktoritet i förändringsarbete
Främja en högpresterande kultur och kontinuerliga förbättringar inom HSE
Säkerställa rapportering av miljödata, incidenter, KPI:er samt följa upp åtgärder
Säkerställa säker projektgenomföring, genomföra platsbesök samt leda incidentutredningar och utveckla HSE-specialister
Din Bakgrund
Ingenjörsexamen eller kandidatexamen inom HSE krävs (ingenjörsinriktning kan vara valfri om den stöds av dokumenterad HSE-erfarenhet)
Minst 10 års gedigen erfarenhet inom HSE, gärna inom högriskindustrier som olja & gas, energi eller liknande
Dokumenterad kompetens inom riskbedömning, riskminimering och hantering av högriskaktiviteter
Erfarenhet av att leda HSE-projekt, utveckla säkerhetskultur samt implementera innovativa lösningar och bästa praxis
Erfarenhet från serviceverksamhet är meriterande men inget krav
Mycket god kommunikationsförmåga och förmåga att bygga relationer på alla nivåer
Flytande svenska och engelska krävs; ytterligare språk är meriterande

The opportunity Identification, exploration and implementation of technology / product development and growth strategies to enhance and secure global positioning. Reporting to the Station Manager and under the direction of the Supervisor, the Operator 2 is a class 1 (Canada) / CDL A (U.S.) driving role whose primary responsibility is to safely operate and care for field equipment, perform shop maintenance, and support the operational business. This role works closely with Greenhands and Bulk Drivers. This position is considered to be a safety-sensitive position. Job Responsibilities * Maintain, prepare, and operate a pumper for each and every job. * Operate the pumper to perform proper on-site rig in (assemble) and rig out (disassemble) procedures, mixing, pumping, pressure tests, plug drops, wash ups, final inspections, and assist with location clean up. * Develop and apply an understanding of all gauges in the operator panel. * Monitor pump pressure, rates, densities, and volume during pumping performance; observe and report if anyone is needed in the hot zone. * Inspect and perform function tests before equipment leaves yard, ensuring all components are in working order. * Maintain up-to-date documentation on equipment maintenance and repairs (i.e. 300-hour maintenance, greasing unit and iron treating), and submit paper work before shift end. * Perform shop maintenance on field equipment when required, including pumper spring maintenance and fluid end inspections. * Rebuild Chiksans and Neutron valves. * Assist the Supervisor in job preparations and incident reporting. * Adhere to and enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with HSE legislation. * Develop and maintain strong external/internal client relationships in support of company values and objectives. * Establish and maintain procedures to ensure high level of service. * Drive well servicing equipment with a trailer (pup unit) to and from well sites, as required. * Mentor Operator 1’s in obtaining their class 1 (Canada) / CDL (U.S.) license. * Participate in training and development activities. * Other general duties as required. Qualifications - Required * Valid class 1 (Canada) / class A CDL (U.S.) driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Physically capable of moving/lifting heavy objects up to 23 kg., bending, standing, gripping, sitting/driving, walking, and climbing repeatedly for extended periods. * Able to work outdoors for extended periods of time and in all types of weather conditions. * Able to be on call 24 hours on a 15 days on a 6 days off rotational schedule, remaining fit for duty at all times (subject to change due to market conditions). * Able to work in congested or confined areas, and with exposure to loud noises and vibration. * Legally eligible to work in the country the role is based out of. Qualifications - Looking For * Experience in oil and gas field operations. * Experience with rig in and rig out procedures, mixing and pumping, pressure tests, plug drops, wash ups, final inspections, and clean up. * Experience with equipment and components, including pumping equipment. * Maintenance knowledge, mechanically inclined, and have the ability to troubleshoot. * Strong understanding of DOT regulations and required paperwork. * Strong work ethic, positive attitude, reliable, and dependable. * Flexible and able to adapt to change. * Understands the importance of safety. * Team player and customer service focused. * Demonstrated initiative and results orientated. Qualifications - Assets * Experience in both primary and remedial cementing. * Experience operating Twins. * Experience dealing with customers.
