Your mission
As a Senior/Staff Software Engineer on the Flight Software Team, you are responsible for all aspects the development of the
software on the aircraft. You will interface with other engineers to develop and understand requirements, architect and writing
high quality code, build tests and test infrastructure, documentation, and provide support through the software lifecycle. You
will report to the Manager of Flight Software and collaborate with other engineers as part of a multi-functional team.

What you should have/know * A bachelor's degree in STEM, Economics, Finance, Business, Design, or equivalent experience. * Two or more years of product, product analytics, or related experience for mid-level consideration; four or more years for senior-level consideration. * Outcome-oriented and data-driven decision making, backed by expertise in metrics, analytics, and tools such as SQL, Tableau, Looker, or Sigma. * An AI-first approach to product work, with hands-on experience using AI tools for research, analysis, prototyping, and day-to-day productivity. * Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills with strong attention to detail. * Ability to learn and absorb technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences. * Deep product experience at one or more highly successful and ideally high-growth companies. * Strong opinions about consumer products and a developed sense of product taste. * Experience with experiment design and interpretation. * A willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes for the sake of the team and our customers. * Self-motivated with a sense of humor and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment.
