The Senior Strategist at Avalere Health plays a pivotal role in defining and advancing brand strategy for healthcare clients, leading key strategic workstreams from discover through activation. Combining deep analytical thinking, commercial understanding, creativity and scientific curiosity, they transform complex research, behavioural insight, cultural context and market intelligence into compelling strategic recommendations that inspire clients and creative teams alike.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, the Senior Strategist contributes to the development of brand positioning, messaging, creative strategy, and omnichannel experiences.

Operating with significant autonomy, the Senior Strategist owns substantial components of strategic programmes, guiding multidisciplinary teams through ambiguity while ensuring strategic rigour and creative excellence. YOUR ROLE Senior Strategy Manager A Senior Strategy Manager leads the development of integrated communications strategies within a media agency, turning complex business challenges into clear, actionable plans. Working across a major fashion retailer and a global aeronautics client, this role requires balancing cultural relevance with commercial impact, shaping strategies that drive both brand and business growth. Partnering closely with planning, investment, analytics, activation, and creative teams, the Senior Strategy Manager develops audience-first communications strategies that connect insight, media, and data to deliver measurable business outcomes. You'll work across the full communications ecosystem, helping clients define audience strategies, channel roles, measurement frameworks, and integrated media approaches that connect insight to execution. This is a hybrid role designed to balance collaboration and flexibility, with three days onsite each week and two days of remote work flexibility.
