About the role We are looking for a talented Account Manager to join our global and dynamic Publications and Medical Affairs team, focusing on oncology, primarily within breast cancer. You will lead and co-lead client, author, and faculty interactions, building trusted relationships through proactive communication, strategic thinking, and excellent project management. Over time, you will become a valued advisor to your clients, identifying solutions, navigate challenges, and support the successful execution of their publication and medical affairs objectives. Reporting to a Client Services Director, you will receive ongoing support from a team of experienced client services leaders while also contributing to the growth and development of more junior colleagues. About you To succeed in this role, you will have: * Experience working in a client services role within a medical communications agency environment. * Experience managing publications and/or medical affairs programmes and deliverables across a variety of formats and therapeutic areas. * Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously. * Client relationship management skills and confidence working with clients and external experts. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Sound financial management skills, including budget tracking and forecasting.
