The UK is Substack’s second largest market, with a fast growing network of publishers and creators spanning culture, food,
history, gardening, current affairs, sports, and more. This year, we’ve also hired the first leads for nine new international
territories from Australia to Brazil, to accelerate the organic growth of Substack around the world.
As Project Manager you will work closely with Substack’s Head of International Partnerships to coordinate our international
operations as well as leading select international projects. You will also work closely with the UK team providing logistical
support for our creator and publisher events as well as the day-to-day running of the UK office.

Substack’s compensation package includes a market-competitive salary, equity for all full-time roles, and exceptional benefits.
Our cash compensation salary range for this role is £45,000 - £60,000. Multiple factors, including candidate experience and
expertise, determine final offer amounts and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Purpose of this role We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Client Project Manager to support the continued growth, global alignment and innovation of one of our biggest clients. This role will play a key part in coordinating strategic campaigns, supporting new market launches, identifying innovative partnership opportunities and ensuring client benefits from a consistent, best-practice approach across markets. Essential Skills & Experience * 3–5+ years of experience in account management, client services, or commercial roles. * Experience within localization, media localization, translation, dubbing, subtitling, or related language services industries preferred. * Strong understanding of commercial forecasting, profitability, and revenue growth. * Experience using CRM systems such as Pipedrive, Salesforce, or HubSpot. * Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills. * Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with attention to detail. * Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
