We are looking for a senior client operator with strong live experience, excellent judgement and commercial instincts. This is not
a purely technical production role. We need someone who can lead senior client conversations, shape strategic event approaches,
write compelling proposals, contribute to new business growth and oversee flawless execution across complex live environments.
The role sits within our Live team and reports to our Film and Live leads. You will work closely with senior Brunswick advisors,
creative teams, producers and technical specialists across a wide range of high-profile global clients and events.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You will be part of the Technical Client Advisory Services Team, directly reporting to our Head of Technical Client Advisory Services. As a Technical Client Services Manager, you will work in a global team, supporting customers during their lifecycle as a client of 360T, acting as first and second level support. You will face a broad variety of tasks in a challenging environment, be the first point of contact for our clients and have major opportunities for growth. * Provide excellent service for existing and new customers * Build and maintain relationships with key intermediates of clients * Resolve technical problems or business workflow issues during initial client communication * Assist clients in identifying issues with underlying hardware infrastructure * Assist with identification of software bugs and work with internal teams to resolve the issues * Effectively manage the escalation process for any incidents that cannot be resolved immediately * Investigate and manage trading problems * Perform regression testing of the full range of products and features on our platform * Assist account managers and clients with “go live” and resolve connectivity and technical issues with our Java-based client software * Maintain and share up-to-date knowledge about company products and services YOUR PROFILE * Minimum bachelor's degree within a related field, university degree or equivalent, computing based discipline is preferred, other degree subjects will be considered depending on experience * Minimum 2 years of equivalent experience * Good understanding of fundamental IT concepts: Java, TCP/IP, Linux/Unix, Windows, web technology, log file analysis, performance / connectivity trouble-shooting * Work experience in client services / middle office / back office of a global markets sales & trading division or other FX or treasury environment * Excellent customer service (detail- and service-oriented) * Good organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines * Ability to communicate technical/product information to a non-technical audience * Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic and consistently high output * High level of spoken and written English and German required OUR OFFER * Clear career concept * Performance appraisals on a regular basis * 360T Academy * Frankfurt office located directly in the city center * Social gatherings We offer an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual to participate in the growth of a successful technology company in the financial sector.
