Fresha is the world’s leading marketplace for beauty and wellness, and we’re on an exciting growth journey. With performance marketing now fully in-house, we’re looking for an exceptional Head of Performance Marketing to lead our global acquisition strategy across B2B and B2C.
You’ll own our paid search and paid social strategy, managing a growing in-house team to drive scalable, data-driven growth. Working closely with Marketing, Data, Design, and Commercial teams, you’ll optimise spend, creative, and funnel performance to maximise ROI and lifetime value across key markets.

Responsibilities: * Define and own the 360° paid media strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display to drive acquisition and revenue growth. * Manage and optimize a combined budget of >$5 million annually—allocating spend dynamically across channels to maximize ROI. * Lead, mentor and develop a team of three Paid Media experts, setting clear goals, conducting regular performance reviews, and fostering hands-on skill growth. * Build and deploy AI-driven processes and creative optimization workflows to automate repetitive tasks and surface insights faster. * Establish rigorous measurement frameworks and dashboards to track KPIs, forecast performance, and report to leadership. * Partner cross-functionally with Growth Engineering, Analytics, Content and Creative teams to align media campaigns with new product launches, pricing tests and broader marketing initiatives. * Identify, test and scale emerging platforms and audience segments—running rapid A/B tests to discover untapped growth levers. QUALIFICATIONS: * 7+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with deep expertise across Search, Paid Social channels. * Background in a STEM field. * Proven track record managing multi-million annual media budget and driving double-digit growth.. * Hands-on with AI/ML tools to automate processes, budget allocation and creative optimization. * Deep understanding of custom measurement models, attribution frameworks, and dashboards, with the ability to interpret insights and take clear actions out of them. * Demonstrated leadership in scaling and coaching a high-performing Paid Media team. * Strategic mindset that can translate data insights into clear media tactics and test plans. * Excellent communicator and collaborator—adept at influencing stakeholders and distilling complex results into actionable recommendations. * Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguity-friendly environments and quickly pivots strategies based on real-time performance. This Lead will be a key partner to our sales team, fusing best practices, industry knowledge, and critical thinking in order to help clients achieve their brand and performance goals on Reddit.
