You are responsible for increasing data and AI readiness at enterprise organisations through the power of DataCamp. Your role is
to understand data and AI upskilling opportunities and gaps in business lines, People and Learning and Development departments,
and data and AI functions and to increase data capabilities of all skill levels across the organisation. You will need to call on
a skill set that 1) drives retention and growth of DataCamp within the organisation and 2) brings an understanding of the data and
AI landscape, vendors, concepts, and strategic application. Success in this role is dependent on your ability to understand the
diverse subject matter and features of the DataCamp for Business platform and your ability to coach clients on how to best
leverage and tailor these offerings to help them in their data and AI transformation.

As a Customer Success Manager for UK & Ireland, you are not just managing software; you are a strategic advisor helping our largest customers deploy Asana as the definitive system for AI coordination. You will lead the charge in building durable adoption and driving measurable business outcomes that define the future of work. Equipped with the knowledge of what it takes for customers to succeed with Asana, you will serve as the voice of your customers cross-functionally, providing feedback to the Product team and broader business. For this role, the estimated base salary range is between £104,000 - £118,400. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits. Opening We are looking for an Enterprise CSM to join our team at Didomi's London office as we help global brands improve their digital brands’ performance, grow ad revenue, and reduce privacy compliance risk. You will support our whole suite of privacy products. In this role, you will own and grow a portfolio of enterprise-level accounts, manage senior client relationships, deliver new client training and product demos, support integration on client properties, work collaboratively with teams across the company to relay client feedback, and more.
