We’re Scan.com, the digital health scale-up making diagnostics accessible, fast, and transparent. Our technology speeds up
diagnoses for timely treatments, improving healthcare outcomes for hundreds of patients each day.
We're doing diagnostics differently, with solutions tailored to both patients and providers, all backed by our technology and
world-class customer operations team. Our B2C marketplace simplifies booking a scan, making it as straightforward for patients as
booking a hotel. Our B2B platforms provide live scheduling at the point of care and harness AI to ease workflows for physicians,
attorneys, and providers.
We're looking for a Marketing Manager at an exciting time -- we've successfully launched multiple platforms and products, raised
over $70m in VC funding, reached profitability, and have a growth trajectory of over 100% YoY.
This role sits within the Marketing team, reporting to the VP of Marketing. You'll own B2B marketing across our UK referrer base,
working as the primary marketing partner for the Sales team while building the programmes that drive awareness, activation, and
retention across partners, providers, and insurers.
We're a scaleup, so expect your role to evolve. This is an exciting time to make your mark.

THE TOP 5 THINGS WE WANT YOU TO ACHIEVE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR ARE
Our aim is to ensure that Scan.com is the number one platform for clinicians, imaging centres, and the companies and professionals
who refer patients to them.

You don't need to tick all the boxes to apply for this role. Whether it's your third role or your seventh, we believe everyone can
add value, learn, and grow. However, these might be some of the ways you are currently adding value:
metrics, not just impressions
easy for partners to act
or a similarly regulated sector
not working in the market
work rather than doing everything yourself
We keep our interview process short and sweet, and we can move through the stages quickly. Here are the stages you can expect:
1. Introductory call/interview with our People and Talent Partner -- usually a 30-minute telephone or video call.
2. Should it feel like there is an initial fit for all, we will invite you to a video call with the hiring manager for around 45
minutes. This is a more structured interview and will deep-dive into the role and technical needs.
3. A small assessment stage -- this might be in person, a take-home task, or further video calls. We're mindful of your time and
keep it as focused as possible.
4. Meet the founders and/or other team members. Again, length varies depending on how many people and whether in person or via
video call.
5. Offer!
We divide this into the basics you should expect and the added benefits.
Following a review with our existing team, we are currently redrafting our benefits package to cover the things you actually need
and want. Co-creation is at the heart of many of our People processes, and we can't wait to unveil our new and improved benefits.

respected and able to bring their best selves to work.
🏷️ Title: B2B Marketing Manager 👫 Department: Commercial 💰 Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 🎁 Benefits & Culture: See here 📈 Equity: A very generous EMI share offering 🌴 Holiday: 26 days + bank holidays 💗 Mission: Elevate later life for everybody and build the care sector of the future 💻 Office Policy: Hybrid with a minimum of 2 core office days per week 🌍 Office Location: London Bridge, London, UK 🔍 The Opportunity: Lottie is building the AI operating system for social care, changing how the UK finds, manages, and pays for care. Thousands of care providers work with Lottie today, either listed on our marketplace, running on Found by Lottie, or both - and every one of them is a partner our Customer Success team looks after. We have a CRM Manager marketing to our current partner base, but no-one owns the channels that will bring new partners to Found: events, partnerships, direct mail, trade press, and paid social. This role owns all of them. You'll report directly to the VP Commercial and have real budget and autonomy to decide where effort goes. This is an individual contributor role to start, but it's built to grow: if a channel takes off and needs a team around it, this role is the one that builds and leads it, with a clear path to Head of B2B Marketing. 💻 What does this role involve? * Own and run Lottie's B2B acquisition channels beyond CRM: events (from hyper-local lunches to larger sector events), partnerships (accountants, CQC consultants, and other trusted intermediaries), direct mail, trade press, and paid social. * Build the events programme from scratch: identify the right formats and audiences, run them, and work out what actually produces pipeline. * Develop referral and partnership relationships that borrow trust from intermediaries care providers already listen to, rather than relying on cold outbound. * Set and manage budget across channels in collaboration with the VP Commercial, and reallocate towards what's working. * Report on lead indicators specific to each channel (partner-sourced pipeline, event-attributed opportunities, response rates on direct mail) as well as the company-level metrics they roll up to: demos booked and new MRR. 💪 What problems will you be solving? * Found's channel mix is currently incomplete. Several channels that should be driving meaningful pipeline, especially events and partnerships, have ownership spread across the company and only a limited track record to learn from. * Care is a low-marketing-sophistication, relationship-driven sector. Channels that borrow credibility (referral, partnership, in-person) will do more work here than channels that assume an actively-searching buyer. * Attribution across these channels is genuinely difficult. You'll need to build a reporting approach that connects channel activity to demos booked and MRR without pretending the link is more direct than it is. 👀 We think you’ll be a great fit if… * You're a genuine generalist with a high bar for quality, comfortable picking up a new channel, learning it properly, and executing to a high standard rather than staying shallow across all of them. * You might experience running events, partnerships, or field marketing programmes, ideally in a sector where relationships and trust matter more than search intent. If not, you have a track record of owning and executing projects to a high standard. * You're commercially minded and comfortable being measured on demos booked and MRR, even where your channel's contribution to that number is indirect. * You can set a budget case and defend it, and you know the difference between a channel that isn't working and one that hasn't been given time to compound. * You're comfortable with ambiguity: no existing playbook exists for most of these channels at Lottie, so you'll be building as you go. 💔 This role isn’t for you if… * You're not prepared to use AI and process to work faster and smarter. * You're not passionate about elevating later life for everybody - our mission is at the heart of everything we do. * You prefer a small, high-touch portfolio of accounts over managing at volume. * You see account management as purely relationship farming rather than a commercial discipline. * You want a pre-defined playbook for every situation rather than adapting one on the fly. * You're uncomfortable with the ambiguity and pace of a fast-growing startup. 📝 Application We will review your application w/c 3rd August We'd love to see a short video (2 minutes max) answering this question: Introduce yourself and tell us why you’re interested in Lottie and why you feel you’d be a good fit for the role. We appreciate this takes time. We receive a high volume of applications and this helps us assess you on more than your CV. 🔢 Lottie’s Interview Process 1. Screening interview led by Lottie's Talent Acquisition team - 20 minutes - remote 2. Task/exercise, completed independently and talked through with your Team Lead - 1 hour interview - remote 3. Final interview with your Hiring Manager and CEO - 1h15 - in person (London Bridge) 🤩 Candidate Experience: All candidates will be informed of their application status. * Pre-Screen and Screening interview: you'll receive an email notification, but no specific feedback will be provided at this stage. * Task/exercise: if you are unsuccessful, you'll receive constructive feedback via email and be offered a debrief call with our Talent team. * Final Interview: for final-stage candidates who are not offered the role, we will provide feedback via a phone call. Client & Stakeholder Management * Maintain and build successful, trusting client relationships, acting as a day-to-day lead. * Confidently sell in creative ideas, content streams, and strategic pivots in quick-turnaround and high-pressure situations. * Align and collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Media, PR, Social, Brand Activation, and Digital) to deliver integrated campaigns. Talent, Reporting & Operations * Identify, vet, and negotiate contracts with B2B thought leaders, industry experts, and creators. * Oversee the management of the influencer database, ensuring it is kept up-to-date and compliant with data standards. * Oversee campaign reporting and measurement. While you will support and delegate to the Account Executive on reporting and identification tasks, you will maintain ultimate accountability for the accuracy and strategic insight of the data presented to clients. * Stay up-to-date with cultural, B2B, and social trends, as well as customer views and attitudes, translating these into actionable campaign insights. * Support on additional projects as required, including new business pitches, market reviews, and competitive trend analysis.
