Perhaps you are part way through your Level 4 but haven't quite finished all of your exams yet.
Well, we now have an opportunity to join our team as an Associate Adviser. This role will support you not only to
complete your Financial Planning exams, but will give you the opportunity to work
closely with one of our experienced Advisers and "learn on the job".

owners of their own wealth management business. You will receive coaching from some of the most experienced and respected
individuals in the wealth management industry.

You will report to the Managing Directors. The Client Service and Operations Associate is a strategic team member responsible for integrating operational efficiency and client service. (Salesforce) * First contact for clients and visitors in the office and by phone demonstrating high levels of meaningful engagement * Scheduling meetings and travel * Light office management including using Concur (expense management), resolving vendor and IT issues, ordering office supplies * Opportunity to learn different functions within the practice by supporting multiple roles * Assist Marketing with client events and client gifts * Assist the team in operational, administrative, and marketing functions What You'll Bring * Team player and a “client first” attitude * BA/BS degree preferred in Business/Marketing/Communications or related field * Strong Microsoft Office and Outlook competency with an emphasis on Excel * Salesforce experience a plus * Process-driven tasking and follow up skills * Excellent client-facing skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * The ability to accomplish a variety of tasks in a detailed, efficient, and organized manner * 3 or more years of experience with Financial Service and or Client Service * Series 65. If not licensed it must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
