Som Operations Team Manager kliver du in i en central och dynamisk ledarroll där du kombinerar operativt affärsmannaskap med ett coachande ledarskap för att utveckla både våra medarbetare och vår affär.
Som Operations Team Manager är ditt huvudsakliga uppdrag att skapa resultat genom andra. Du leder med tydlighet och energi och omsätter operativa mål till konkreta aktiviteter i vardagen. Du har ett nära samarbete med kontorets Branch Manager och ingår i den lokala ledningsgruppen, där du bidrar aktivt till kontorets övergripande agenda, samarbeten och framgång. Det här är en kombinerad roll där du delar din tid mellan ledarskapet som Operations Team Manager och en annan roll inom vår leveransorganisation. Beroende på din bakgrund innebär det antingen en operativ roll som till exempel konsultchef eller rekryteringskonsult, alternativt en mer strategisk roll inom Operations baserat på dina tidigare erfarenheter.
Ledarskap & coachning: Du bygger och leder ett framgångsrikt, engagerat team. Genom sambesök, 1:1-möten och löpande feedback coachar och utvecklar du dina medarbetare så att de når sin fulla potential.
Operativ excellens: Du driver resultat genom ditt team och säkerställer att ni når uppsatta processmål och KPI:er. Med ett starkt affärsfokus i alla delar av processen strävar du efter bästa möjliga marginal, lönsamhet och effektivitet.
Affärsmässigt partnerskap: Du agerar affärspartner mot teamets kunder och stöttar dem i deras kompetensförsörjning. Du säkerställer hög servicekvalitet, snabbhet och professionell leverans i alla led.

Operativ branscherfarenhet: Du har operativ erfarenhet av att arbeta på ett bemannings-, rekryterings- eller konsultföretag, till exempel som konsultchef eller rekryteringskonsult, där du har arbetat kundnära och framgångsrikt drivit dina egna processer.
Ett proaktivt och affärsnära mindset: Du har en naturlig blick för att identifiera förbättringar i rekryteringsprocessen och drivs av att skapa maximal effektivitet, hög kvalitet och goda resultat i det dagliga arbetet.
Ledarerfarenhet från målorienterad miljö: Du har tidigare erfarenhet av ledarskap i en målorienterad verksamhet där du har arbetat med coachande samtal, drivit processer framåt samt följt upp KPI:er och resultat.
Språkkunskaper: Förmågan att kommunicera obehindrat på både svenska och engelska.
Tjänstens utformning: Tjänsten är ett vikariat på ca 12 månader. Det kan finnas möjlighet till en fast anställning efter vikariatets slut.

Your role As a Treasury Controller you will be a part of the Finance team at BA Naval and you will be one out of two Treasury Controllers. As a Treasury Controller, you will support the BA in treasury matters, mostly relating to currency risks and trade finance solutions. You need to be able to identify and detect treasury related questions in order to give adequate attention and action for those matters. You will support the sales organization and projects with advice regarding fx currency risk exposure and trade finance related matters in tenders and throughout the project life cycle. You will be supported by Group Treasury, located in Linköping. The key responsibility areas will include: Currency risk - identify and manage currency exposure and flows via Group Treasury Trade Finance - identify and manage need for trade finance products and solutions Cash management - responsible for the bank account structure within the cash pools, manage funding and deposits and cash flow forecasting for the BA Insurance - update information and values for insurances policies Reporting - treasury related reports and accounting for month end closing Construct routines for the BA in order to be compliant with Saab Treasury Policy and Directives The above responsibilities involves support to procurement as well as the sales organization and is important both during the Business Winning and the Business Execution phase. Your profile We are looking for an action oriented Treasury Controller with communication skills and have the will to cooperate with others. You will have a lot of internal contacts and will work in close cooperation with sales representatives as well with project managers and Group Treasury. To be successful in this position it is important to have integrity, analytical- and pedagogical skills, in order to be able to understand and explain the impact of treasury related matters. You should also be business oriented and have basic knowledge of project management. Preferably, you are a graduate from a Business School/University with some years of experience from similar assignment.
