Be a Senior Learning Partner * Influence and challenge stakeholders to adopt best practices in learning and development, rather than defaulting to reactive, one-off solutions. * Collaborate with peers across the L&D team to refine ways of working, develop shared toolkits, and continuously improve learning delivery. * Champion learning across the business by role-modelling strategic thinking, collaborative behaviours, and learner-obsessed design. What We’re Looking For * Experience in sales and commercial training, ideally within fast-paced, tech-driven or global organisations. Contact centre L&D experience is a plus. * Proven success applying a consultative L&D approach – diagnosing needs, recommending solutions, and measuring outcomes. * Experience designing and delivering multi-format learning programs (virtual, in-person, digital). * Strong stakeholder management and the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership. * Excellent project management skills; able to juggle multiple initiatives across segments / markets with competing priorities. * Analytical mindset – uses data to inform decisions and challenge assumptions. * Curious, self-directed, and confident in navigating ambiguity with a proactive mindset. Expectations at Senior L&D Specialist Level You will be expected to: * Take ownership and prioritise strategically, delegating where appropriate and avoiding over-commitment. * Understand and anticipate commercial and market challenges, and align your work with key business metrics. * Apply deep expertise to moderately complex problems with limited guidance, identifying long-term risks and strategic implications. * Communicate clearly and effectively, simplifying complex ideas to gain buy-in and drive action. * Role-model Deliveroo’s values and encourage others to do the same, proactively shaping culture, inclusion, and team development. * Coach and support others, contribute to talent development, and build a strong internal L&D community. We take full responsibility for our business, delivery and the people doing the work. We take our craft seriously and hold ourselves accountable, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. While working at Reaktor, we offer * Exciting, purpose-driven work in a relaxed atmosphere. * Real opportunities to grow as a professional, helping you develop your skills further through guidance, teamwork and hands-on responsibilities. * Autonomy and ownership over your work, giving you the power to make changes and decisions that are needed to create results in your team. * A community with support and expertise to share. * A team that’s not only experienced but considerate as well – we all want you to succeed.
