I rollen som Commercial Financial Manager Nordics erbjuds du en strategisk och verksamhetsnära nyckelposition i en miljö med tillväxt. Du blir en del av den nordiska ledningsgruppen och får det övergripande ansvaret för ekonomin i en organisation som omfattar 13 bolag i Sverige, Norge och Finland. Anställningen för rollen är är i Hostek AB, ett bolag inom Miss Group koncernen, och tjänsten är placerad på Miss Groups kontor i Kungälv, med möjlighet till hybridarbete.
Du leder ett team om 8 personer, varav 4 direktrapporterande, och förväntas driva ekonomifunktionen mot en mer affärsorienterad och analytisk struktur. Din vardag kommer att präglas av kvalificerat controllingarbete med fokus på budget, prognos och lönsamhet. Rollen innebär även en viktig bryggfunktion till koncernens huvudkontor i London, där du ansvarar för att kvalitetssäkra och utveckla rapporteringsprocesserna. Den stora utmaningen, och samtidigt den spännande möjligheten i denna tjänst, ligger i att driva integrations- och harmoniseringsarbete för att, tillsammans med ekonomiteamet, forma en effektiv och framåtlutad ekonomifunktion.

Ansvarsområden
I rollen som Commercial Finance Manager Nordics kommer du att:
Leda, motivera och utveckla ekonomiteamet.
Driva det strategiska controllingarbetet samt analysera försäljningstrender och KPI:er.
Ansvara för budget, prognos och finansiell uppföljning på både bolags- och regionnivå.
Säkerställa effektiv likviditetsplanering.
Koordinera månadsbokslut och konsolidering samt ansvar för rapportering till koncernledning i UK.
Identifiera utvecklingsområden och driva harmonisering av finansiella system och processer inom Norden.
Supportera och stödja övriga delar av ledningsgruppen med finansiella analyser och rekommendationer.
Du har en akademisk examen inom ekonomi eller motsvarande område.
Flerårig erfarenhet av kvalificerat ekonomiarbete, gärna i en ledande roll med personalansvar.
Tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta med business control, budget, prognos och affärsanalys.
Erfarenhet från en internationell eller nordisk bolagsstruktur, inom en koncern med utländskt moderbolag.
God systemförståelse och erfarenhet av affärssystem och BI-verktyg.
Flytande kunskaper i svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
Som person är du affärsorienterad, strukturerad och trygg i föränderliga miljöer. Du har en pedagogisk kommunikationsstil och rör dig smidigt mellan operativa detaljer och koncernövergripande strategier.
Du är en ödmjuk och inkluderande ledare som värdesätter kommunikation och samarbete och bjuder in till dialog.

The role includes end-to-end responsibility for how services are structured, developed, and governed. A key part of the role is to lead the transformation from a more operational and ticket-driven setup to a scalable, platform-oriented and automation-supported service model. You will define service offerings, SLAs, delivery models, and ways of working while aligning services with product direction and business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders across product, engineering, sales, and finance in a global organization. It is important that you have experience from environments where services are closely connected to software, platforms, or digital products. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Lead to own and advance SCALINQ’s financial planning, reporting, and control functions. In this role, you will partner closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure robust financial governance, prepare business decisions, and enable scalable growth. This position requires strong accounting and financial planning experience, a hands-on mindset, and the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights.
