JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Senior Retail Media Consultant (div/f/m) who is passionate about Amazon and the broader retail media ecosystem. Joining our team of 100+ marketplace specialists across diverse disciplines, you will lead complex, multi-market client portfolios and drive growth across the entire customer journey. In this role, you will connect the dots between Retail, Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, AMC, and overarching digital marketing strategies. You will act as a trusted strategic advisor for clients, a mentor for junior colleagues, and a key driver of innovation within our team. WHAT YOU'LL DO CLIENT MANAGEMENT & STRATEGY * Manage Complex Portfolios: Oversee large-scope, multi-market client accounts and comfortably manage annual advertising budgets exceeding €1,000,000; * Full-Funnel Strategy: Develop out-of-the-box, full-funnel strategies connecting Sponsored Ads, Amazon DSP, AMC, and other marketplaces/channels, as well as hybrid seller/vendor models; * Workshops & Business Reviews: Lead client calls, QBRs, and strategic workshops, providing advanced forecasts, budget allocations, and overarching recommendations both inside and outside of Amazon DSP; * Analytics & Reporting: Build reporting structures from scratch, customizing them to client preferences and using strategic performance analyses (market insights, share, audience, and inventory insights) to form actionable conclusions; * Commercial Ownership: Involvement in pitches from preparation to presentation, identify upsell opportunities (SA, DSP, AMC, Retail, Strategic Consulting), and manage the process through to new contracts. TEAM MENTORSHIP & KNOWLEDGE SHARING * Mentorship & Development: Act as a go-to technical expert and mentor, leading by example in quality assurance, task briefings, and communication while supporting Juniors and Professionals with advanced forecasts, business reviews, and strategic guidance; * Shape Team Knowledge: Actively drive digital advertising expertise by creating and delivering proactive trainings to the team. WHAT YOU BRING * At least 4 years of experience in Amazon, E-Commerce, Online Marketing, or Retail Media (including at least 3 years dedicated to Amazon Advertising); * Master of Amazon Sponsored Ads; familiar with AMC, DSP, ARA, Vendor/Seller Central, hybrid models, programmatic advertising/optimization, and other marketplaces/DSPs; * Expert level in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides; * Comfortable using AI tools to streamline daily workflows, create new processes, and continuously improve team operations; * Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative with a track record of driving change, leading side projects, and mentoring peers; * Directly located and available to work in Germany; * Full working proficiency in German and English.
