WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR — SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR MANUFACTURING, LOGISTICS, AND SERVICE ROLES
Mechanical or technical training (vocational or equivalent) or relevant hands-on experience
Interest in production, assembly, maintenance, or logistics
Commitment to safety and quality processes
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in teams
Willingness to learn new systems and follow documented procedures
Basic IT skills and familiarity with digital work orders or ERP systems is a plus
Valid work authorization for Sweden and reliable commuting to Karlskrona
