Customer Care Specialists (x2) – join a brand-new CS department from day one

Now we're bringing customer service in-house to build a customer experience that matches them – and we're hiring two experienced Customer Care Specialists to be part of the founding team, joining our brand-new international Customer Experience department together with our Customer Service Team Lead and helping shape and carry the culture from day one. The role You'll serve byACRE customers across Western Europe, the US and beyond – primarily in English. Your day-to-day will include: Answering customer inquiries across: phone, email and chat Advising and guiding each customer to the right product for their life and everyday needs – needs-based sales as part of great service, never pushing products Making sure customers are never caught between byACRE, retailers and distributors – we help the customer first and settle the rest afterwards Working with KPIs as a compass for performance and a starting point for improvement – never a stick – with curiosity and a real drive to get better Collaborating with AI support as the department matures – AI-suggested replies that you refine and quality-check, so we can deliver both speed and quality This is you 3–5 years of customer service experience – you know what great service looks like Fluent English at near-native level is a must – you'll communicate with native English speakers every day. At least one of our two hires must also speak fluent German, why German speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
