Tjänsten som Affärsutvecklare
Vi söker en dig som trivs med att arbeta operativt och vill ta en central roll i att utveckla våra affärer inom vår avdelning Building Sydost med utgångspunkt från Jönköping.
Det är en roll för dig som vill kombinera strategi med relationsbyggande och operativt arbeta nära affären i tidiga skeden där våra projekt redan börjar ta form. På avdelningen finns ytterligare en affärsutvecklare som du kommer arbeta tätt med.
Som Affärsutvecklare arbetar du med att identifiera rätt projekt och skapa förutsättningar för goda affärer. Du är nära marknaden och skapar dig en god bild av vilka projekt som ligger framför oss. Merparten av tiden arbetar du med marknads- och kundbearbetning och styra mot portföljmål. I din roll som affärsutvecklare ingår även till viss del att ingå i forum och dela information som kommer från affärsområde och division men också rapportera till dessa forum.
Du bygger långsiktiga relationer, träffar beställare och deltar i tidiga dialoger, ofta tillsammans med våra Produktionschefer som senare blir ombud i affären och under vår produktionsfas. I rollen rapporterar du till avdelningschef som du även har tätt samarbete med.
Om avdelning Building Sydost
Inom Building Sverige bygger vi hållbara bostäder, kontor, vårdbyggnader, skolor, sportanläggningar och andra offentliga miljöer för både privata och offentliga kunder. Avdelning Building Sydost består av cirka 150 medarbetare och driver en bred variation av byggprojekt inom regionen. Vi är en stark aktör på marknaden, särskilt när det gäller större och mer komplexa projekt.
För att trivas och lyckas i rollen har du god kunskap om byggprocessen, där du behärskar grunderna i entreprenad- och affärsjuridik och är bekväm i anbuds- och förhandlingssammanhang. Vi söker dig som är en relationsskapande och affärsdriven person med en gedigen förståelse för marknad, kund och försäljning vilket gör att du kan bedöma projektmöjligheter och analysera marknadens utveckling.
Formellt ser vi att du har en relevant eftergymnasial utbildning i kombination med mångårig erfarenhet från branschen.
Som person är du strukturerad och trygg i din kompetens. Du har en känsla för affären och kan prioritera rätt kunder och rätt projekt. Du har god förmåga att arbeta långsiktigt med relationer, lönsamhet och marknadsutveckling.

Dina kollegor är placerade på flera av våra kontor inom avdelningen och du behöver resa i tjänsten. Tjänsten förutsätter körkort B. Den här tjänsten bakgrundskontrolleras i enlighet med NCC:s säkerhetskultur.
