WHAT WE NEED Oivan is seeking a Golang developer with 3+ years of experience and other relevant technologies to join our growing Ho Chi Minh City teams. Our project team uses Scrum framework via Scrum.org certified Professional Scrum Masters. We have flexible hours and hybrid work options with open culture and Nordic management style. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Go code. • Develop and manage RESTful APIs and microservices. • Write clean, testable code and perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems. • Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality. • Contribute to the improvement of our CI/CD pipeline and development processes WHAT YOU HAVE Must have • 3-5 years of professional software development experience. • Strong proficiency in Golang. • Must be able to work Saudi Arabia hours (13:00 – 21:00, Sunday to Thursday) • Good verbal and written English skills • Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and concurrency patterns. • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. • Experience with version control systems, particularly Git. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Nice to have • Experience with Front-end frameworks, particularly Angular. • Experience with Ruby on Rails framework. • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Experience with message queues (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka). • Knowledge of designing microservice architecture.
