Zur Verstärkung unseres Service Mgt. & Support Teams suchen wir ab sofort Unterstützung im technischen Anwendungsbetrieb für die
Produkte unseres Portfolios, insbesondere OpenTAS Classic & Go. Sie übernehmen Fehleranalysen, Konfigurationen und unterstützen
internationale Kunden im täglichen Betrieb.
Die Produkte OpenTAS Classic & Go gehören in die Gruppe der so-genannten Terminal Management Systeme. Es handelt sich daher nicht
um klassischen IT-Support, sondern um eine Anwendung für eine fachlich recht spezielle Branche. Als Service Manager bzw. Support
Consultant ist daher fachliches UND technisches Know-how erforderlich, das sich neue Mitarbeiterinnen & Mitarbeiter üblicherweise
in einer Einarbeitungsphase von mindestens 6 Monaten aneignen.
Für diese Position sind ein Wohnsitz in Deutschland sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort & Schrift)
erforderlich.

Vergütung
Für diese Position liegt die Gehaltsspanne bei 50.000 € bis 55.000 € brutto pro Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis. Die konkrete Einstufung
innerhalb der Gehaltsspanne erfolgt anhand objektiver und geschlechtsneutraler Kriterien, insbesondere relevanter Berufserfahrung,
Qualifikationen und Kompetenzen.

Location: Hamburg, Berlin or Barcelona We are looking for a Finance Manager to support our consolidation team. In this role, you will be at the heart of our financial reporting processes, supporting group consolidation and ensuring compliance with international accounting standards. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external auditors, playing a key role in shaping the quality and integrity of our financial reporting.
